The ambiance and dcor was nice,but I cannot provide any other compliment toward this restaurant. I made reservations for 10 I was not informed of a New Years Menu(***), or that we could not make any changes or modifications when it came to the menu. I chose the restaurant, due to their menu online, it was upsetting when they hit us with the limited menu. We were all in good spirits, so we made the best of it. The server was very nice fulfilling our drink order relatively quick, however, once the restaurant became more crowded the service became almost obsolete. We waited over an hour for our food, my wife's chicken cutlet and 3 pieces of arugula, was awful with cold hard mozzarella cheese. The Branzino dish with crusted potato, was for a 3 year old, the potatoes were super thin, raw, and hard. I guess, due to *** they decided not to provide any sides. I have never heard of a restaurant that youre not able to order any sides or make any changes to the food especially for what we paid for each plate. I ordered Lobster with polenta cake and butter sauce, and dry aged Tagliata ********, with arugula cherry tomatoes and shaved parmesan (which is sliced steak) the meal $45.When the plate was delivered to my table, I noticed a small to medium lobster (no butter) with a small polenta cake absent everything else. I complained to the server and the chef/owner told her it was a typo on the menu. I was disappointed again, but hungry, so I attempted to eat the lobster, however, most of it was raw. I requested to speak with the owner/chef and it took him 20 minutes to arrive. In the end he stated the steak and everything else besides the lobster and polenta was a menu typo. I explained I was a customer and it was his fault for the false advertising, he shrugged his shoulders as it was my problem. He became highly upset talking loud and yelling, trying to strong arm us, he offered me a glass of wine and said he couldn't do anything. I paid, due to not wanting problems. Horrible!
