I contracted with Crowther Roofing to repair/replace all the cracked or missing tiles on my roof and repair a leak. The contract was signed 7/31/2023. The work was "completed" and I wrote them a check for the agreed amount of $3,175" on 9/13/23. I am selling my house so I hired Roof ******************* to inspect ******* so I would not have a problem. The inspectors report stated that the leak is not fixed, the tile that was replaced does not match my roof tile in size, color or shape. Also the work in the valley was shoddy and does not conform to community standards for Naples. In short, the work done by Crowther Roofing did not pass inspection. I asked them to just repair the work that they had done so that it would pass inspection. They gave me an estimate to repair ******* for about $9,000. I said no, just repair the roof work under their warranty. They told me they would make the repairs but now they don't return any of my phone calls.Business response

Upon receiving the complaint, our surveyor, Don *********************** promptly engaged in multiple discussions with **************** to fully comprehend the concerns at hand. Furthermore, in our continuous effort to assess and rectify the situation thoroughly, a superintendent was dispatched to inspect the completed work and conduct a personal meeting with ****************. The objective of this meeting was to clarify the nature of the issue experienced by ****************, which, according to our assessment, differed from the initial problem addressed by Crowther Roofing.
In addition to these efforts, our Sales Manager, *******************, also communicated with **************** on several occasions, aiming to provide support and find a satisfactory resolution. Despite these comprehensive measures, we acknowledge the feedback regarding the challenges encountered in meeting Mr. ******* expectations.
It is with regret that we note the expression of dissatisfaction from both parties involved in this matter. We hold our customer service to the highest standards and aim for a 5-star service experience for all our clients.
