We signed a contract in May and work commenced in June. My roof panels were delivered onto the driveway and the boxes broke down being outside in the rain. When they finally started putting the panels on my roof throughout the project the crew treated my yard like a garbage can. They did not clean up even after they were finished with the roof on Thursday and did not clean up until Saturday. This happened every weekend they worked on my property. I informed ****, his manager, and son that the can spilled tar on the driveway and rather then clean it up they allowed it to bake on the driveway for weeks. I pulled out my contract to see what recourse I had and realized contact stated $25k when I thought the roof was $30+k. I thought this was why I was being treated badly that the contract was drafted incorrectly. **** called my on Thursday, 8/18 I explained the issues I had and asked him if he would have treated my neighbor the same way, who had a roof put on same time as me, and he said no. **** and I were supposed to meet on Monday 8/22 to look at the issues, I texted him that I wanted to see pictures of the roof as multiple times he said he could have put scratched panels on my roof. I wanted him to fix the driveway. Clean up the screws, nails, and pieces of the roof, these are still all over my yard and being in a wheelchair I cannot pick up after them nor should I have to. I want a discount for the way they treated my property. I had to push the meeting back an hour. Instead of saying that would not work he came while I was working and texted me the driveway was clean and he would paint the area. My driveway was newly painted in the fall and I do not drive and my wheels on my chair are gray, the damage is more than the one area. His crew made black marks all over the driveway. I have more pictures if needed.

As explained in our conversation, please see attached the agreement that the complainant and our company agreed stating that any complaint or claim filed with Better Business Bureau will be withdrawn.

I texted with Mr. ********************** and he accepted my proposal. He took care of the issues and was paid the agreed upon amount. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
