We contracted with Resolute for a roof replacement the day after the hurricane. After 8 months of misleading and false statements from several levels of the company, the roof was installed although not to our satisfaction. We were told that a quality team was put in place to resolve our concerns but as yet there has been no response. Im the meantime we were sent a Notice of Intent to place a lien on our house when we had not even been informed that the permit had been finalized. We paid the bill in full and I was told by sales reps that the work would still be completed. At that time I was provided with a 10 yr company warranty But not the 50 yr material warranty that we were promised. Every attempt to contact the company has been unsuccessful. Emails and phone calls to everyone from sales representatives to the apparent CEO have not been answered. No calls are returned.Call to their number are only answered by a receptionist that can only forward a message I have given up any hope that they would stand behind their work but I want my warranty on the $64000.00 roof.Business response

October 2022 roof put on house after many delays and hurricane. Company kept insisting to put the roof on 2 days prior to a hurricane. I refused. Company sales person told us they did not use contracted roofers but had their own crews. The crew that came did not speak English and refused to speak to us. We could not communicate our needs about a gaping hole in our roof from a tree falling during the hurricane. We wanted the structure inspected for structural damage but they continued to put the roof in place over the plywood only replacing 4 pieces that covered the hole. We were not notified of the warped or old plywood that we would have replaced and paid out of pocket to have replaced because no one spoke to us about it. They slapped a roof on that is so sloppy there are no straight lines and the shingles are wavy and roof caps crooked and wavy. My opinion is that they slapped it on as quick as they could because they knew they could get more money from the hurricane roofs. I complained in December and was told it had to cure more. It takes ***** hours to cure not months. The roof is now leaking over the front porch.Business response

The crew is scheduled to make repairs to concerns on July 20th.
