Dear *************************** and ****************************:I am writing this letter to let both of you know how pleased and satisfied I am that ******* did my re-roof following the extensive damage to it from Hurricane ***. You both understood my concern in getting the best, high quality re-roof. Your young salesman, ***********************, impressed me with his professional and good attitude. We worked out a good proposal for a re-roof for my home that would get the approval of my insurance carrier. He let me know that the re-roof would meet all of the ******* building codes and requirements. I appreciate the great support that both of you and ****** gave me during the whole re-roof process. Your entire office staff worked as a team to help me. Mekenzie answered my questions whenever I needed help. She gave me excellent and outstanding customer service consistently. When any problems came up during the re-roofing job, *********** stepped up and took care of them in an excellent manner and in reasonable time. The production department manager - ******* and also - ***** in production made sure I got a great re-roof, gutters, and anything else that was needed for a completed job. ***** - the runner - was so careful of my property and nice to me when he came to deliver supplies for the re-roof. All the people that came to my house to do work for ******* took pride in their work and did a great job. These workers include ***, *****, *** and ******, and many others including the ones that were working up on the roof. My thanks to all the workers. This company has their employees driving in uninsured trucks. I was rear ended by one at a red light and the insurance provided was cancelled. I called the worker for the correct information and he refused. The company number does respond. Makes me think this company is not organized and may not be prepared to take on a claim from one of their customers.

Wasnt satisfied with their work - new proposal highest of all I thought I signed a proposal not a contract- wont let me out Not getting anywhere with my Fica claim for needed new roof

They are a sleazy company. They wouldn’t let me out of the contract after I found out that Tyler F plead guilty to bank and wire fraud. They would not respond to my text messages or my voice messages to cancel the contract. They did Not order or deliver any materials. They have Not contacted or returned any messages from me. They have done NOTHING and now after 5 months they want me to pay them money. I just sold my house and they want the title company to pay them money.
