I have authorized ************************* to speak for me in this matter.it helps with the language difficulties. I have listed his phone number and email address. ******* sent you proof that all the business I conducted was with the Roofing Group. He has sent you the contract, the warranty that they are not honoring and proof that I paid over $27,000 for a new roof. After all that and paying an additional $4700 to repair their terrible work the roof is still leaking. Please combine everything he has already sent you in complaint # ******** into this new complaint. *********************** and supervisor ***** are already up to speed on this issue. If they are to remain in good standing with the BBB they need to honor their warranty. If you have any questions about *******'s permission, please to speak for me you can contact me ***** "*****" **** at ************.Business response

Hello, I apologize on behalf of The Roofing Group that your service has been less than desired. However, The Roofing Group in ******* is not associated with the division located in *********, the BBB division in ********* should be contacted to rectify the issue. The homeowner reached out to *************************, the office manager, and it was agreed upon to go their separate ways in regards to the issues. The ******* division of The Roofing Group would be willing to help in some capacity but a full replacement is over and above our limit. Thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The Roofing Group, out of ******* accepted payment and sent their warranty. It's unclear how they can just say they now have no association when they were ones that accepted $27,000 in payment for a roof that still leaks. They offered some help but didn't define what that help would be. They need to reimburse ** for the money we've already spent repairs so far and either replace the roof or contract a company to fix the to the point were it no longer leaks.
Sincerely,
***** ****Business response

I spoke with Mr. **** and ************** today. Both were very cordial, fair and seemed willing to reach a resolution. Mr. **** has since sold his home where the work was performed at. The Roofing Group is requesting that the homeowner provide the repair invoices that were paid out for Mr. ***** residence. Once the invoices are provided, The Roofing Group will repay the money that was used to make the necessary repairs. I am looking forward to resolving this issue and hope to make things right with all parties involved. If there are any questions or concerns about providing the invoices, feel free to contact me personally at ************.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will commit to retracting the complaint once the money for repairs are reimbursed to ** along with some reasonable amount paid for what was deducted from the sale of the house.
Sincerely,
***** ****
