We are very, very satisfied with The Roofing Group! From the time that ******* put a door hanger on my front door, he has been there to walk us thru the tarping of the roof, the roof itself, and the gutters which had to be replaced. There were a couple little snafoos that happened, but the shingles were completed in 4 1/2 hours! The gutters look great. ******* is a great person to work with!Review from Patrica B

From start to finish HIGHLY recommend-Both Reliable and Dependable , our vacation home had been struck by **** and The replacement of our roof had us nervous to say the least, with so many companies to choose from, we surely chose the right company for the job!!! I have owned several houses over the years. I have had roofing companies come in previously. However this time was the best experience Ive ever had. They did a full inspection helped me with my claim with my insurance company. Very professional called and checked on me to make sure I was OK after the ************* in touch through the whole process. Highly communicative and professional. They cleaned up some of the storm debris just to help out. I highly recommend the roofing group Inc. I will never use anyone else.Review from Mary S

Called The Roofing Group after hurricane **** to do a free inspection. After further inspection, they found significant damage to my roof. They helped me through the entire claims process with my insurance company and got me approved for a full roof replacement. The sales representative ***** that I worked with was very thorough and answered every question I had through the whole process. Thank you so much The Roofing Group! I had signed up with "The Roofing Group, Inc" to do three properties which were damaged by hurricane Ida. I had them put tarp on all three roofs. On one house the tarp has completely come off. I reported to them on Jan 13, 2022. They said they were going to re-tarp it several times but have not tarped it again.
They did the roof on a 4-plex I have but they punctured the copper tubbing of the air conditioner for one of the units. They first said they were going to have their own a/c person look at and see if he could patch the pipe. He never made it out there. The owner of the group said he would send me a check for half the cost of running a new copper line outside but no check was received after 10 days.
I pushed for a couple of months for them to do the siding on the gable which the insurance company was demanding that I do. All they did was delay on that and I may have my insurance on the 4-plex cancelled.
I can not recommend this company at all.
