      I ordered a full screen and **** enclosure after hurricane *** damaged my other one. I was told it could take 8-12 months which was fine. The office communicated with me every step- for the most part. My screen enclosure was put up June 2024 and took about 1-2 weeks to finish. It was beautiful. I paid in full $27,210.00 However, within one week of completion the over hang began leaking whenever it rained. Major leaks as it was basically raining in my ****. I reached out to fabritech multiple times. As of now they have been out 3 times to fix the issue and each time the issue just gets worse. I am now on my fourth request. Each time it takes 1-2 weeks before they will send anyone out. My latest communication I was told this was being sent to the manager as the person I usually speak with cannot control the schedule. Please note- that this person has always been responsive and professional. I have tried calling fabritech directly- but when speaking to the receptionist- she tells me leaking is acceptable and compares the **** to a car port. I did not pay $27,210.000 for a carport and it is essentially raining inside my ****. I kept my end of the contract, paid when I was supposed to. Fabritech has not delivered their end and gave me a useless faulty service/ product.

      I signed a contract with FabraTech on March 10, 2024 and paid $8,000, which was a little over the 35% required deposit to extend my lanai. I was told by the salesman the job would be completed by June. The pavers were ordered March 27, 2024 and I was told 8 to 9 weeks. I understand there is no control over the permit, but it was received the second week of June and June 25th my yard was dug up and the footings were poured and backfill was installed on July 3rd. Now it is July 13th and I have grass growing on the backfill. Called the supervisor, ******, and was told the pavers take time and we told him they were ordered in March. He said he was not in the office and would get back to us. Never replied. There is no communication with this company. You dont know when they are coming and the communication from the office is just as bad. I sent emails asking to be kept updated on the progress of the job. No response for at least a week, and then you are told to be patient. On July 3rd I received an email from the office telling me they would be starting my job. I told her they already have and we are waiting for the pavers and she said Great. Im sorry I went with this company. I just want the job done and I have been patient long enough.

      We paid a $6,400.00 deposit on Nov 7th 2022 as it was a required deposit for installation and contract. Was told at time of signing contract it would be 5 or 6 months for them to complete work. Was told multiple times during 2023 by email that the job would be in layout in a week or two. On Dec 11th 2023 I was told by email that our installation would be done no later that Feb 2024. On 4/23/2024 by calling the main number we were told it was in layout but would be 12 to 14 weeks. We feel this unacceptable treatment of customers. The job should have been completed by now

      I am rejecting this response because: While they have installed the cage, it is still missing the Florida glass which is being ordered and was on the original quote. Once this is installed I will respond accordingly. There was a couple issues that needed addressed after the build and they were out fixing it the next day so they deserve some credit for prompt response.

      I signed a contract to have a screen room replaced after a hurrricane and have waited almost a year. Now I can not get anyone from the company to schedule the work to be done. I was told it would be done on April 22 and 23 but no one showed up. When I called the sales man he would not answer. I called the office to speak to the manager and was told he would not speak to me. When I asked who I could speak to the receptionist said no one and hung up on me.

      Deposit placed for 30% of pool cage in December of 2022. Anticipated install date of Fall 2023. Received communication via email stating November install, then December, then January... Various excuses along the way, but mostly that they did not have staff. After ******** was told that all hurricane related jobs would be completed by March of 2024. I never received tentative plans to review (we would like to adjust the door location, but unable to reach anyone related to the company). Have reached out over 20 times (documented) via phone and email with no return calls despite leaving multiple voicemails and emails. I even went to the extent to get my neighbor involved (knows them personally / does work for the owner of the company) and now, unable to leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full. Still no response. I am not sure how this company is still in business or allowed to have a business license... Additionally, 5 star reviews on ****** within the last several weeks show people contacting them, getting immediate calls back and having their projects done nearly immediately-- however they have a deposit from us from nearly 2 years ago and we cannot get a return phone call or email? This business should not be allowed to have a license if they cannot communicate with their clients.

      On Dec 28, 2022, I entered into a contract for Fabri-Tech to replace the pool cage that was damaged as a result of Hurricane ***. On Dec 29, 2022 I paid a $7600 deposit.I have contacted my salesperson and the office on numerous occasions requesting information on the status of my pool cage. I have text exchanges with the salesperson in which he has given me false information repeatedly. I have asked directly for information on updated timelines, such as what are the dates of contract on the jobs they are currently completing. He will not give me that information. My salesperson quoted me 6-8 months for completion. Currently, it has been 15 months and I have no scheduled date of installation.I have advised my salesperson that I am listing my house for sale. I will be unable to sell my home until this job is complete.

      We paid over $10,000 deposit to get our lanai screen cage replaced after hurricane ***. Its been over a year and they will not give us a date of when they will do the work or give us our money back. They will not return phone calls. Other businesses have been able to replace pool cages for neighbors within 3 months of contracting so its not a supply or labor shortage.

      We signed our contract in May 2023 and put down our $16,317.75 deposit. Fabri Tech was not the cheapest or quickest but my husband really liked ***** the salesman and we were ok waiting the extra time and were ok with the 6 month wait we were quoted. Fabritech is to instal a pool cage and handrail on our upper patio. We have five steps down with no railing or handrail and it is a huge safety concern that someone doesn't fall off of the edge. We back up to a nature preserve that is full of hawks, eagles and wildlife that doesn't allow our pets in the backyard without someone with them. Our neighborhood has no fences so we are concerned with the small children nextdoor that it is also a concern if one of them wanders over to our yard and we don't have proper safety precautions in place.It is now February and we have been given the run around over and over with the "it is in the layout que" for multiple emails and the most recent on January 4, that the General Manager has our folder to address. When I call the main number a very angry lady told me that I had to understand that we had a hurricane and it is slowing them down. I understand about the hurricane and I also understand that it happened months before I signed my contract. She would not put me through to GM and told me it would be best to cancel my contract but know that I won't get my money back and then hung up on me. I am concerned with the amount of deposit we gave that this job may never get done considering all of the poor reviews I have since come across saying basically the same thing.

      We have spoke to the homeowner and will be installing the screen enclosure the week of March 4th. We are at the end of our hurricane jobs and will be on a regular schedule again soon.
