We had a completely new pool enclosure installed by Topla **** Several of the main support beams came loose and multiple attempts for repair have gone ignored/unanswered. This repair should be covered under the warranty. The screen was placed around January 2022 & the supports failed arround September 2022. There was a hurricane October 2022 which made the situation worse. We have emailed, texted, called, left messages to no avail. We just want it fixed properly. We tried to repair it ourselves but we don't have the right equipment, screws or other necessary items.Thank you!

Had flat roof and pool enclosure redone by this company. They did all of the work without pulling a building permit until after the work was completed. Took down electrical but would not put back up.Found that the seams on the flat roof were poorly done and had many spots where water could leak into the panels of the flat roof. Also have leaks in the ************* that they installed. Have made several calls but have not had a response.Business response

we will have that repair next week if we have a couple dry days we can stop by and repair those issues for you.again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Lunai has a leak that they built. Can't get anyone to answer phone. Have talked to a Diego but never shows up or calls. Have left several messages, no response.Business response
