I met with the owner of its in the cards for a deal that he would purchase my cards from me. We did, and the first transaction went smoothly. We met again a couple nights later and he bought all of my sports cards from me, he paid me 180 dollars and then told me he would give me either a 100 dollar gift certificate OR 100 dollars a cash, the next day, if I didnt want the gift certificate. Which I did not want the gift certificate I wanted the 100 dollars. It has been over a week and he is not paying me my money. He goes to be very rude and disrespectful in his text messages to me, and ge straight up told me that he is not going to pay me the money he owed me, and then went on to threaten me!
