      Can not recommend. Every time I called they asked for more money.Did not think they were organized. When I first called they said it was just $19.99 for the hot spot. Then they needed another twenty to keep the internet going, the next time I called they asked for another $20.00. I wasnt prepared to pay another $20.00. So I cancel my account. Ill need to find another internet company.

      This company is often unreachable as far as customer service is concerned. I often experience interruption in service yet I still get charged full price.

      This company seriously needs to review their products, customer service is BEYOND a joke! I've lost internet for a week, I work from home , this has made a major impact on my business! I've only talked to 3 people in the last 3 day's. I've wasted countless hour's being on hold just to reach someone for a 10 minute call. I've been told to wait another 24-48 hours for them to " process work order" SERIOUSLY!?!? So now, I'm trying to reach them to suspend service and where to send their equipment. Sitting on hold as I type this review...I would leave a zero rating for this company.

      Signed up for service through the lifeline/ACP program a month ago. My credit card was charged and I never received any phone/tablet or any other equipment in the mail. Customer service not helpful at all. Feels like a scam,

      My $160.00 a month service will not play a movie. I can't read my emails. The list is long.Three days ago I started trying to contact this company. Every phone number listed DID NOT WORK. The system would not let me leave the bad phone numbers that I called. The email that they told the customer to use doesn't exist and the system would not let me leave the email. As of today three days after someone answered me from the email address and said sorry we will open a service ticket. I have still not heard from anyone.

      Very misleading on the service and cost. Very poor steaming and internet was slow to downloading would not worth it worst experience I ever had do not get involved with this company

      I have went without streaming service since the beginning of March but yet they withdrew the monthly amount from my account. Now I can't get through to anyone to cancel my services and issue me a refund.

      We experienced an outage of our TV services that started on 3-7-22 when this occurred we emailed all customers to inform them of the outage. TV services were restored on 3-10-22, an email was sent out on this date to all customers with instructions on how to restore their services. Our customer support was overwhelmed with calls because of this outage during this time. Customer service spoke with Cheyenne on 3-17-22 at 550pmEST where they informed her of the outage and we emailed instructions on how to complete the update to restore her services. Our customer support team received a second call on 3-17-22 at 655pm EST from the customer cancelling services. A cancel email was sent out to the customer on 3-18-22 and a full refund of March's service payment was issued. An email of the refund receipt was emailed as well.
