The lady was so rude I knocked on the door nobody answered. So I proceeded to walk around back the is no sign that say do not walk around back so I did then she comes running out with her gun stating I must want to get shot then she start being rude. But fails to realize she not the only one with gun licenses. It couldve ended really badly on both ends. This place is so unprofessional due to her attitude and the way she treats customers obviously this place needs to close down or they need to fire her . She is really ******* 

Hello,   Sorry that you feel that way about our staff member.  However like you stated everyone maybe carrying, ******* has the rights to carry, however this young lady also has a concealed weapons license unliked half  the people in ******* currently.   One importing thing you did not lie about  and I thank you. You never stated she pulled her gun out only that it was on her person.  You have got to understand how our business works.   We are the two unliked companies around let's face it.   We are a large repo company and tow company for parking enforcement.   We do not save you because you are broke down on the side of the road, or a flat tire, etc.   We have a service to do for our lien holders as well as our communities/properties that we patrol for, for parking enforcement.   Now moving forward our gates are opened sometimes, seeing we have about 23 plus cars that are being moved off our property for the banks that  we repo for.  But our signs are very visible before you even think about entering through our gates.  You did go behind the signs that clearly tells everyone don't enter private property.  These signs are not obstructed at all, nor our they just a suggestion.   The young lady does look at our cameras all day long, because we are responsible for the lien holders vehicles as well as every vehicle that is on our property.   What you fail to understand is that this young lady was doing her job running out there from her office putting herself in a position to stop whoever comes through that gate, she does this on a daily basis.  That is her job and responsibility.   Eighty percent of the people that come here are very violent and they do come with guns, as well as swinging on us and sometimes striking us with vehicles. Because they're very upset that we took their vehicle and they can not see past their anger.   Even though we have their vehicle from something they may have done, or did not do.  Meaning parking where they should not or not making their payments.   With all this being said thank your for being the bigger person by admitting that it was your fault that brought you to our businesss and not insinuating that we did something illegally like most do.  Unfortunatley we cannot give you the satisfaction that you're hoping for as far as letting the young lady go.  How can I, for doing her job and putting herself in arms way for this company.  

Beware of this predatory towing Disgraceful company and i will be taking this company to small claims court, towing my car out of my own apartment building forcing me to pay $195 in cash only.

Simple fix , stop living in an apartment community that you are unable to obey their bylaws : )    we patrol our communities according to their rules specific rules . If you don't like their rules( or following rules ) MOVE OUT . 

If you know of this company working for your neighborhood, you should speak with your board of directors to have them removed, as I have already done. They take advantage of the system and are able to tow as many cars as they please from neighborhoods to make an extra $229 as often as possible because clearly, they need it. They have made racist remarks toward people of color. They have a black face statue outside of their door. They have no moral code or business ethics. Absolutely unprofessional and should not be working for any business in Fort Myers. If you can avoid this place you should. I would love to hear your response and see if you're capable of keeping it professional.

The community in which your vehicle was towed from is not your legal given address . You must have been "visiting " this community . If you are a member of this community and have a copy of your community bi-laws you would know that this community you were towed from requires all guests such as yourself to register their visiting vehicle on that communities website REDBUNNY. As guests register we receive live updates of vehicles parked in guest parking that have permission to be there after registering with REDBUNNY as required . I apologize that you were unable to fallow this communities very simple bi-laws. As far as our statue goes we didn't know that it was " blackfaced "to us it was just a simple statue of a boy fishing , just a little boy holding a fishing pool. Our code of conduct sign states " anyone over the age of 3 needs to pull up their pants. " Are you aware that many males and now days females wear suspenders for fashion or a means to hold their pants up . This sign in no way is racist or sexist . It seems like you're really reaching for attention to fit into one of there " stereotypes, " that you are accusing us of being unprofessional to. Next time you visit a community that you are not familiar with the bi-laws to, please educate urself prior to leaving your vehicle unattended to avoid this costing you again in the future .

Predatory towing company that steals peoples cars and try's to find a reason to justify. Then treats you like garbage, extorts you, only takes cash, curses at you when you ask a simple question, hangs up on you then tries to hold your car ransom to endure more fees. This place is trash.

Hello, First I would like to know why this peron was towed, the name that was given does not show up on any current released towed cars/truck to look this case up in order to reply the right way. I have no problem replying to this complaint, however we need to know what vehicle was towed in order to respond in the appropriate manner. We will be glad to address this matter once we have the correct info to do so. Thanks Rhonda

Towed from The Oasis at Cypress Woods

The issue isn't necessarily with why the vehicle was towed but rather the business practice. I am a handicapped man with spinal and nerve/back issues. My vehicle has a handicap placard that they say wasn't visible and my vehicle was towed. However when I called I was greeted and treated with fists in and utter rudeness. Their office representative, and I use that term loosely. She was smoking a giant pile of cigarettes running some sort of a makeshift daycare and told me they were "co di ring business outside today". This methy looking thing was the most could mouthed rude to individual I've had the displeasure of meeting in a long time. I was torn between feeling sorry for her and being humored by it. However, they tried to dodge me and hold my car ransom by saying they wouldn't work with me directly. I had to call my attorney, who came with me and she was rode to him too.
The Community Manager said they will not be using this service any longer, my attorney is filing a small claims and we've contacted Wink News. They are bottom feeders that steal peoples vehicles and try to find a loophole and even if they make a mistake they extort you and avoid you so they can earn overnight fees and charge you more. They are going to learn... You can't run a business like this and get away with it. Maybe because they are used to dealing with Repo's where people don't pay their bills or their car isn't road legal. Im a handicapped business owner and im going to go on a crusade to bring attention and awareness to their scandalous shameful business.

First lets start with the truth. This person was towed for not having any type of handicap credentials displayed at all. We do our job like we are requested to do so. If someone is parked in a handicap area with no handicap credentials that vehicle will be removed from that spot after our drivers walks around the unit with a flashlights looking in to the vechicle to see if we can locate anything indicating this person may be handicap or if we can see a permit somewhere in the car. Once we see that the vehicle in question does not have anything to indicate that they have the right to park in a handicap area we take our pics to show that we did not locate any pass to allow this person to park where he did. So we did tow his car. When this person called he stated he was going to have his attorney handle this problem. Our staff member stated to him he has that right and ended the call. This person called back again calling our staff member every name in the book, however the young lady informed this person how to get his car out of the impound yard and once again he stated he will have his attorney handle this matter. So a person did call on the behalf of this person, however he stated he was his partner, not sure what he was referring to such as life partner, bussiness partner etc., so once more we informed this person why this guy had been towed. That he had nothing to indicate that he was handicap. We informed him by law a handicap person is given a permit to use by displaying it in the window so that people know that they have the right to be parked in a handicap space. Once we informed him of this he ended the call stating they will be coming to pick up his car. When both guys came no on stated they had been a attorney, but the guy that came with the owner of this car looked at him and stated that our company is right you have to have your parking permit displayed it is the law. Then he paid his fees I Rhonda walked this guy out to his car and he opened up the door bent down and lowered the sun visor and showed his permit. So now this is where I will not be so nice. The only appearent handicap was this person size. He walked just fine and was moving along great we do have video if anyone would like to see. So the state should be a shammed for given people like this person a handicap permits when they don't need them. As far as the methy looking person as he stated this is a very well fit person that gets hit on every day by lost of young men that like woman. As far as the cigarettes go this person is correct about one thing we do have a ashtray on our out side table that we do conduct business at that everyone does use, but the young lady that helped this very large person does not smoke cirgs. I don't understand people like you sir it appears that you may have been picked on your whole live and no you are that person. You need to get some help and follow the law and this may never happen to you again. We however have in the pass allow people that forgot to display their permit pay our hard cost. But they also talk to us like they would like us to talk to them in a nice manner. You don't have any manners and we charged you what we could by the local rates. I do wish however our driver would have requested the local law to issue you a ticket as well. Local law would like us to do so, so they can give a $250.00 ticket as well, on top of the tow fees. So you should be thankful that the driver did not have local law give you a ticket as well. As far as calling wink tv please do what you feel you need to do. What story do they have a person did not display their handicap permit so he got towed. I don't understand why you think our company did wrong by doing our job to make sure the handicap spots are being used by handicap people only. So if you think the law should change the rules about needed a displayed handicap permit good luck person. Oh by the way you forgot to inform everyone looking at this that you have been told if you have a permit to be in the handicap area then use the permit or you will be towed. Well it appears you did not care about the warning. So that is how you ended up at our impound yard. Do I need to say anything more.
