Everyone should think twice before engaging **************************** in a business transaction because HER PRACTICES ARE MORE THAN QUESTIONABLE. I paid her $7500 for 26 weeks of weekly coaching to help me establish a business development process and since day one of our engagement, **** has neglected to deliver what she promised. She was late to the calls up to 20 minutes every time showing no respect for my time as a client, she cancelled a number of calls with a short notice for various reasons, promised to send material she never did and most importantly - her "advice" one week contradicted what she sad the week before and then changed again because SHE FRANKLY DIDN'T CARE much about what she told - because she was constantly distracted by her own business priorities. In response to my dispute with my credit card, she emailed saying that:- I canceled the calls. In truth, she did and I reached out after the fact to suspend and salvage part of the fee that I paid without get ANY value for it.- she couldn't find paying clients when I canceled calls. As a business owner myself, I can't fill my time when she cancels. Additionally, I can't do anything productive when I am on hold.- she sent me a number of links, which never happened. I asked for links that I never received.- "we accomplished our goals". That statement couldn't be further from the truth.- most egregiously, that she went "above and beyond". It's the most untrue statement I've heard and for a business that has the name TRUST in it, it is certainly unacceptable.I fully regret having engaged **** as my coach and having gone through one of the worst businesses experiences.

In October, 2023, I and my wife, *****, requested that Abundance Group Trust complete a trust involving our estate/assets. As of today's date, our trust still is not complete. There has been no actual funding of the **** Group Trust, Serial #: xxxxxxxx-xxxxx". Attached are copies of an email and a letter sent in attempts to resolve the matter. The Abundance Group Trust was sent $21,950.00 by wire to provide our trust. This failure to protect our assets leaves our estate/assets open to problems, such as Probate Court.

Please see attached response, complete with screenshots of the 2 1/2 year history.

On March 1, 2021, *** and ******************************* wired $21,950 to Abundance Group Trust. This was the licensing fee for our Personal Trust package. It includes one Personal Trust, one year of access to a Trust Advisor, and the first year tax return for their Trust and themselves personally. It also includes access to the twice weekly Q&A Calls held on Wednesdays and Fridays at noon eastern and the replays of those calls that are kept in a podcast. It also includes access to the Personal Trust Training Podcast. On March 2, 2021, we sent the Montgomerys a New Client Questionnaire to complete. This contains all of the pertinent information for us to create their Trust. We received the completed Questionnaire on March 5, 2021 and promptly ordered the *** for their Trust from the IRS.Executed New Client Questionnaire dated March 5, 2021 Page 1 of 5 IRS SS-4 Letter Issued March 5, 2021 On March 8, 2021, we created, printed, and shipped the Trust to the Montgomerys. We also appointed ********************* as their Trust Advisor. For some reason that we cannot determine, the Montgomerys later told ********************* that they did not receive the Trust shipped to them in March. Therefore, on January 8, 2022, ********************* recreated the Trust for the Montgomerys and added the eBinder (what we call the *** version of the Trust) to the Montgomerys ShareFile.com folder.Uploaded eBinder on January 8, 2022 Page 2 of 5 On January 10, 2022, ******************************* downloaded the eBinder from the ShareFile.com folder.******************************* downloaded the eBinder on 1/20/2022 ********************* shipped this Trust to the Montgomerys in January 2022.At the end of April 2022, ********************* left Abundance Group Trust and started his own Trust Company. Since the Montgomerys were personal friends of his, he told us adamantly that he would be keeping their account and that he would be assisting them with anything they needed for their Trust. Since no other Abundance Group Trust representative (including the **** ***********************************) had even talked to the clients, we agreed to allow ***** to continue servicing their account. From May 1, 2022 until November 2023, we never heard from the Montgomerys. Then, on November 16, 2023, ************************************ received a letter from the Montgomerys dated October 23, 2023. *************************** promptly texted ********************* to let him know that the Montgomerys were looking for support, asking if he was supporting them. We received no reply to that text. Therefore, we followed up with ***** on November 30, 2023. Again, we received no reply. The Montgomerys claim that there has been no funding of the *** Trust. This is incorrect. When the Trust(s) were shipped to the Montgomerys in January 2022, within the Trust binder, the Settlor of their Trust included a gift of 6 ****** Silver Dollars. This funded the *** Trust/Page 3 of 5 The Montgomerys were appointed as the Initial Trustees of the *** Trust by the Settlor of the *** Trust. The Montgomerys therefore took over the operation of the Trust.Every Client of Abundance Group Trust receives access to a Training Podcast. The link is sent to the Client via email. Clients also receive access to live calls that take place every Wednesday and Friday at noon eastern. Replays of these group calls are kept in a second podcast and the information for both the Live Calls and the Replays are sent via email. Clients are also sent a link to *************************-Graces calendar so that they can schedule an initial call to discuss their Trust structure. To date, the Montgomerys have never attended any of the Live Calls. They have not scheduled any calls with ************************************ either. They received better than a 50% discount on the fees for their Trust. This means that it barely covered our costs. We therefore cannot afford to offer them a complete Done For You Package which retails for $20,000. However, heres what we are prepared to doFirst, rather than appointing one of our Trust Advisors, I will act as their Trust Advisor. They should schedule four (4)1 hour calls with me. During the first call, I will go over how to access all of our trainings and replay podcasts. We will also go over preparing their Purchase of Assets & Liabilities Spreadsheet. This is where they will list all of the assets and liabilities that need to be conveyed to their Trust.During our second call, we will go over the completed spreadsheet and I will outline what documents they will need to prepare to :convey their assets and liabilities to their Trust. During the third call, we will review those documents so that they can then get them executed. During our fourth call, we will go over the mechanics of operating their Trust and Trust bookkeeping and accounting principles.By the end of these four (4) calls, the Montgomerys will be fully operating out of their Trust. If they cannot find either of the Trust binders we previously shipped to them, we will even print, bind, and ship their Trust for a third time. This will be done via ***** two (2) day air.Page 4 of 5 We sincerely apologize for the lack of support that the Montgomerys have received. As far as we knew, they were being fully supported by *********************. Now that we are taking back control of the relationship, I can assure you that the Montgomerys will be well supported moving forward.Sincerely,************************************ Founder/**** Abundance Group Trust  Please contact me at ************ to discuss.
