Absolutely HORRIBLE dealership. STAY AWAY!!!!!!I tried to buy a truck from them for two months and was treated completely dishonestly from the moment I emailed and called them.I first emailed with one specific question regarding a truck I wanted (that still shows "for sale" online). I got multiple emails from several salespeople asking me when I wanted to come in for a test drive. I told then I was located in ************* and needed some information about the truck. I said if someone would just tell me if there was any damage to the truck and if so, what it was, we could move forward. I wanted to pay full price for the truck. I called every number I could asking to speak to any sort of manager and all I got was the finance manager for one of the stores (Rich or ****, it changed every time I called!). He told me he would go over the truck like he was buying it, drive it home and call me back. he called me a few hours later to tell me he hadn't got around to looking at it and would the next day. The next day he called and said he still had not looked at it but would that night (Friday). I told him I was away for the weekend and I'd call him Monday. I called these people every couple of days for two weeks and no matter who picked up the phone, they were dismissive and said the finance manager was busy, stepped out, with a customer or not there. They always took the same message that I wanted to buy the truck and I never once got a call back. I checked the website and then wanted to put a deposit down (per the website) to hold the truck so I could buy it. I was put on hold for over a half hour and a rude woman told me they do not take deposits to hold vehicles anymore (?????). I then went on their website again and asked for a purchase and sale agreement as I accepted their offer. I got a text back saying the truck was sold last night. (After multiple[le people told me over the past couple of days that the truck was available. Terrible people!
