      This dealership is full of perverts , incompetence & scams . The owner and everybody working under his umbrella , needs to be investigated to the full extent of the law … all the managers and owners make money off the sales men.. these men have been in this car game for over 15 to 20 years and make well over 6 figures but yet still collect a paycheck from a regular job. **** *** and socialist and the GM Sean & the owner , need to be investigated to the fullest extent . . That dealership is full of perverts and scam artists. Stay far far far away from these people and do not buy a car from these people. They are committing legal fraud.

      Very disappointed in the deception of this dealership. While purchasing my car, I felt valued and appreciated (mistaken perception). However, upon learning that Mitsubishi sold me a car (Jaguar) that needed new tires, new front and rear brakes, front wheel alignment, fender liner, new wipers, and a wiring harness- with the assurance from Jaguar that all of these issues were apparent to the dealership and they pawned the car off on me. All of this was inadvertently discovered from my having a simple blowout on Highway 27! Cautiously, I purchased the Platinum Warranty plan, aware that this is a high end car. I also purchased additional coverage through my bank. What is absolutely amazing is that I have not put 2,000 miles on the car and purchased it at the end of January 2024. While making our complaint personally at the dealership, the service manager hid/stalled in his office and pretended to be on a conference call. My husband opened the office door, only to catch him pretending we were not even present. The nerve of this company. Refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, refused to tow my car to Jaguar, refused to offer any support to improve the situation, told me I wasn't getting anything "free" (not sure of why that statement even came up-I assumed it was because I am a black woman since I never insinuated that I wanted anything FREE-just justice) and made me feel completely jipped. My words of advice to anyone that intends to check out this dealership....BE CAREFUL. The good news is that Jaguar is so supportive. I was told to connect with the Mitsubishi CEO, (Alex G*********). Wish me luck in contacting him, so far I have not had any success reporting the matter to anyone of real authority or concern. Our final thoughts for this company...total RIP OFF!!

      They add on ridiculous high fees on TOP of the selling price of the car!! Government fees for over $2,500 ans accessory fees for over $2500. If you go in to buy a $20,000 can expect them to try to charge you $34,000. It's ridiculous

      If you dont finance with them or have a trade in they add ***** to the listed asking price on their used cars. This is not clearly stated in the bold print asking price listed. They also add junk fees like a ***** Government fee and a ridiculous ***** Accessories fee. What is a government fee? I was about to make a purchase when the price went from ****** to a whopping ******! All due to their poor business practices. This is purely a scam to line their pockets and cheat people. Do not recommend doing business with this dealer.

      On 8/12/2023 my wife and I purchased a used 2021 Charger from Ft. Myers Mitsubishi. We took a test drive and decided we want the car, after signing the paperwork we left the dealership. About 1/2 mile down the road the overheat light came on, then the service shifter light came on. We took the car back to the dealer. I also notified them that the A/C isnt cooling in the seats and the memory seat isnt working, they assured me that they would repair the car. One week later they called to notify me that everything was taken care of. I realized right away that the A/C still wasnt working and neither were the memory seats, and the service shifter light was still coming on, they apologized and said they would take care of the problems. Since we finally got the car home i started looking the car over and noticed a hump in the dash near the windshield. I also noticed that the A/c wasnt cooling on the passenger side, so I decided since we purchased a platinum service contract [ **********************************] who has a BBB rating of D. I did take it to a Dodge dealership. The Dodge dealer reported that someone added the wrong type of Freon and will cause total A/C deterioration, the Key Fob was not original, its an aftermarket,and the satellite antenna is not working. The Dodge dealer called my ***************** which told them that all charges over $750 had to be done by the selling dealer. Total cost of repairs would be around $10,000. I took the car back to the Mitsubishi Dealer again. The dealer advised me that the warranty company would not cover any of my repairs, but the dealership will replace the antenna at no charge. Fort Myers Mitsubishi informed me today 09/23/2023 that car is ready. The satellite radio still didnt work. The Dodge dealership offered a trade for a 2023 Dodge Charger, but he could only offer $9,000 trade in for the car I purchased at Ft. Myers Mitsubishi, a few weeks earlier, for $22,000.

      We went on Friday for a Mitsubishi Mirage LE. After intense negotiations, and I signing a $15,000 offer, which was requested by salesman. I had all reasons to believe this was what they can offer, we went to see the car to the parking lot, and the body damaged badly. The photos were different. So we walk out. Early on Saturday, I got a phone call for a similar car, at $12,800 plus all the hidden fees. With everything was going to be $15,000. I said maybe. It turned out that I could not drive the car outside the dealer to try it out (the front window was damaged). So we chose to drive the first one from yesterday, hoping to get the $15,000 deal yesterday plus that body part fixed. I was expecting a break, or maybe (at worse) a "sorry, $15,00 as it is". After driving testing the car, we went to the office, and the sales manager showed up saying that car now cost $18,000+!!! I could not believed!!! I asked him to repeat it because I could not just believe what I heard, which was that, more than $18,000 for the simplest Mitsubishi 2020 with a body part issue. We walked out again. This time very mad. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. We spend like more than $80 dollars I'm two Uber trips, 4 ways, for nothing.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! dealing with then has been the worst experience of my life and cost me over 10k of my own money. they will lie to your face to get the sale and then won't do anything to make it right. i got a challenger from them that they hid the fact it was in a small accident and then they tried to minimize the severity of it. it's had major mechanical issues since i've gotten it and things they promised to fix they haven't and they won't allow me to return it or swap it out for a vehicle the same value. i'm stuck in a $32,000 piece of **** while they made off with an pay day. i hope this place gets shut down

      we bought an Oulander and the screen of the player was damaged and we went in December for the inspection and they told us that in two weeks they were going to change it and they would call us, which did not happen, 4 months have passed and they still have not given us an answer, when They want to sell you a car if they call you for everything, but after they sell it to you, they are no longer responsible for the damages, which are within the guarantee. I would never buy a car there again, terrible service, do not waste your time in that discredit.
