My family purchased a car a little over a year ago from this place of business, the beginning they where all nice and friendly said we would be treated like family if this is how they treat their family id hate to be in it! My transmission is popping up over 20 codes at 3 different mechanic shops, (NOT TO MENTION THE DOOR THE STARTER THE BATTERY AGAIN AND THE WINDOW we replaced in-between,I had contacted the business however about this MAJOR issue I some how fell thru the rugs (with the pandemic I get that sometimes issues happen like such) however I started getting texts from the business about great news this and that turns out they said I was under for a inquiry about a vehicle ,I said no and explained the situation they said ok call tomorrow 930 I did they act like nobody spoke to me or where confused I explained AGAIN the situation they said text your vin I do so nobody gets back more text come thru saying " I have Great news this is jr" I get excited thinking again good news they can help WRONG they finally get back to me ask for my vin call me back saying we are under warranty it will be FIXED FREE no worries no problem fast forward to me towing my vehicle to their repair shop now all of a sudden no warranty. I called tried getting to the bottom of it, mr John talked down to me like a dog so I was so upset I may have gotten an attitude at that point I did but who wouldn't dealing with this craziness for 3 weeks (Nov 3 to be exact) the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because Sergio at the repair shop was a gentle man and tried helping id give him 5 stats he just does what the boss tells him! This is happening to us right before holidays and we have 3 children its already hard with the pandemic as it is... I just feel bad my family went and shoppd local and this is how we are treated! Make sure u check warranty information prior to even having them have you do your autograph at the bottom!!!!!!!! Wish I didn't have to write this and not something positive.
