      I purchased a **** Chevrolet Camaro, from musclecarsforsaleInc. ****** ***************, is the owner. When I called and spoke to *********************, I specifically asked questions about this car. Unfortunately my **** Chevrolet Chevelle was totaled in an accident, so I am already reeling from this accident, and losing MY Dream Car. Based off of the video, the pictures of this **** ******, watching the video and seeing the pictures, watching the sales girl showing off the car, talking about the brand new paint job, driving the car as there are no issues what so ever with the Camaro. Then calling and talking to the ownerThomas King. Listening to him verify over the phone with me, that the paint job and the car just went through a brand new off frame restoration. When I received the car, I was completely shocked, the car was not as described at all. The car has blemishes everywhere, chips and cracks in the paint, rust showing through the chips in the paint. Please see photos. This is 100% false advertising. I will be seeking help from the dealer, licensing board, and through the surety bond. I have seen many others making complaints about this dealer, and I did not take physical delivery of this car, the delivery person abandon the car in front of my house.

      He purchased Camaro as is! way below price of the car. we sold it to him at our cost ***** . He was more then welcome to come see the camaro way below average price i gave in he agreed it was as is! He signed all Docs saying that. We do not own a shipping Company we post on Central Dispatch same as most ever other dealer in the country does, ******* picked car up ran fine no issue, Some of these drivers are not familiar with these 60 year old cars and will kill a battery. Few minor chips on car. *** was repainted by prev owner not us, Car had a great running engine with a 5 Speed Manual tras shifted great, Topic of his chevelle he speaks of has nothing to do with us never seen it or met the guy, What has to do with him buying a Camaro no idea. He Beg!!!! me to sell the car at 37 cheepest camaro around. His Complaint is ridiculous . It was a Awesome Camaro Driver Quality not Sema Show car. But a good Car!We have a restocking fee if he doesnt want it . ship back Put it back in our drive as it was running and driving, Once we have it back look to see if he done something to it,and if it checks out we wire money back Minus shipping and restocking fee of 15% We dont ship cars across country for people to look at All Cars are sold AS IS and theres a video and Tons of photos on cars and if there something else you *** pic of just askus why here...

      I am rejecting this response because:
      First off, Sold as is means no warranty.. ********************* FALSELY DESCRIBED the ****** having A NEW PAINT JOB which was SOLD AS DESCRIBED for example ********************* in his response stated the Camaro had a 5 Speed Transmission which it does not. It is a 4 speed manual transmission also he stated it was a **** ****** on his ******* which again was a lie.
      ********************* had sold the Camaro to me for $38500.00 and $1,300.00 for shipping enclosed $39,800 and then went back on his word and charged me another $300 so I have no idea where he got $37,000, hes either lying or is completely incompetent with how he runs his business. On the phone with ********************* he verified the condition of the Camaro and its paint that was new and had no rust and that it was a fresh restoration with new paint which as a dealer lied about the description and SOLD ME ON THE DESCRIPTION FROM HIS ADVERTISEMENT AND SALES GIRL AND HIMSELF ON A FALSE DESCRIPTION!!!! When the Camaro arrived and I did my inspection the surface rust and chips not shown in any video or pictures which I recorded and saved all photos and videos from his website and ******* channel on this Camaro it showed none of the issues I found not to mention again his sales girl ****** stating it was a fresh restoration with NEW PAINT which new paint means recently done not rock chips everywhere and surface rust all over the paint!!! I also have a hard vibration in the transmission, again not at described, i also have a letter from DMV, ************************ stating that they are backing me against ***************, and the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of this vehicle.  Please see the letter in the video, also I had a Professional Appraisal done, and because of the Paint and the Transmission, the car only appraised for $18,500 not near the $40,000.  Also I refused the delivery and did not sign for the car, *************** told the Trailer Driver whom he hired to abandon the Car in front of my house, and he drove away.  Horrible business, horrible way to communicate, horrible experience.

      I purchased a black **** ***** Camaro from musclecarsforsale *** on November 2 2022.the purchase price was ****** plus 800 for shipping. Before the purchase I spoke with the owner *************** about the car and looked at the pictures and video. I asked a lot of questions about the condition of the car as I have restored many 69 Camaros in the past, I am a disabled veteran and can no longer do restorations which is the reason I wanted a restored car. I was assured by *********** this car was straight and solid with no rust and beautiful paint and interior. He also claimed and advertised that the car was a super sport which it is not. He also claimed the car had a posi rear which it did not. After the purchase the car arrived about 10 days later, the delivery driver backed the car out of the trailer the reverse lights did not work, the car starts in gear and the transmission shifter was loose and you had to search for reverse and park. The doors, fenders hood and trunk are out of alignment with large gaps. The trunk springs are broke, someone had cut out the trunk pan and installed a patch with screws. *********** said the interior was in great shape, this too was a lie, the seams on the drivers were separated, the dash pad was bubbling on was attached with sheet metal screws, none of the dash lights work, the dome light doesnt work the speedometer doesnt work the radio is there but doesnt work, the window crank is missing all windows are scratched and the windshield is fogged on one corner. The next morning I take a closer look at the car in the daylight and discover a large pool of transmission fluid on the garage floor I push the car out to my driveway and try to apply the emergency brake and discover it doesnt have one. I then inspect the paint and find scratching all over and burn marks from buffing too hard small dents in the doors a quarter panels. I also find rust in the trunk and the right frame rail. Total fraud and misrepresentation !!!

      This vehicle was in beautiful condition when it left my facility. The consumer had it 4 months before he went to another shop and it was after this he claimed damages. I have no way to know what transpired in the 4 months from when it left my ship till now. I am not liable for any issues with the vehicle and no refunds will be provided.

      ***Buyer Beware***..........I bought a **** Chevelle Malibu on 7/22/22 and was very disappointed. Lots of things wrong and many items not working as was clearly evident once received. Even asking what some of the issues were *** said everything works and is a great car. I knew it was going to be an issue as soon as the delivery guy couldn't even get the car started to get it off the trailer. I had a trans leak, brake cylinders shot, upper control arm shot including the bushing, wiring a mess, some lights out, horn did not even exist, a gauge not working, carb had a massive crack and was clearly visible once the air cleaner was off. Not one of these things were mentioned to me when I asked what doesn't work. I'm in process of spending $7k to have all issues addressed (90% safety related). I'm looking for $2k just for parts but since *** does not return texts I'm assuming all is lost. I know they say you should go see the car in-person but realistically who has the money to hop on a plane and do that multiple times. The assumption is the person selling the car is a stand-up guy and will be honest when asked....but not here. ***, it's clear what kind of business you run and all I can tell anyone is just stay away....your company didn't come clean on anything.

      The vehicle was listed with over 100 pictures & video showing the entire car. You could see underneath the floor pan was clearly patched. All vehicle's are sold AS IS since I do not restore them I just sell them. Customers have the option to come inspect or send someone to inspect prior to sale but again if they choose not to they are fully notified in the paperwork prior to sale that we will not be responsible for any issues and are released from all liability.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I never mentioned floor pans in my complaint.  My complaint was all the other items that I asked about where I was told everything worked, no leaks, was a great car...etc.  And just so everyone knows this guy has blocked my calls and texts.  Here is my original post:

      I'm a lifelong car collector having bought 100's of collector cars in the past 40+ years, mostly from sellers not local to me and had to rely on photos, descriptions, videos, etc. and the seller's words. I have vast experience doing this and know what to expect. I recently purchased a 72 Mustang from this seller after reviewing lots of pictures, videos, speaking/texting with the seller extensively. It was described to me as "excellent" condition, NO LEAKS, paint/interior "strong 8 out of 10". I had it shipped professionally in an enclosed trailer from Fla to LA. When the car arrived there were issues immediately... most importantly it would not move when the transmission was engaged in drive or reverse. It was 11:00 pm and I could not asses the issue well because the hood would not stay open due to hinges worn out. I was eventually able to see that there was no transmission fluid in it. I also saw there was no oil filler cap, battery was loose, hitting the alternator, grinding a hole in the battery, most of the lights/signals not working. I walked to a store and purchased trans fluid, filled it and was able to get the car home. Further inspection revealed multiple oil / fluid leaks, obvious attempts to cover/rig electrical and mechanical issues and lots of cosmetic issues that were discussed but nothing like described. I brought these issues to the seller's attention and he first blamed the shipping company. Then when shown the obvious cover ups and multiple issues he started saying things like "its an old car" "it's as is" "just flip the car" everything except "I'm sorry how can I make it right." I fixed several things myself and then took it to a shop for a complete inspection. I received an estimate for nearly $10K including transmission, wiring, suspension and more. The car is unsafe and needs at least $5K to be safely driven. When I contacted the seller about this he argued then blocked my calls. This seller totally lied then told me too bad, buyer be ware.

Most of the wiring harness has been cut and crudely spliced with exposed wires everywhere... transmission leaks so badly it leaked 2.5 quarts in 20 minutes... most gauges not working, most lights interior and exterior not working, no oil fill cap, spewed oil all over engine bay, suspension completely worn out, car shakes, pulls, etc... no battery hold down allowed the battery to slide into alternator destroying the battery... alternator not charging... etc Business Response /* (4000, 8, 2022/06/30) */ https://youtu.be/g1TJjbG-es8 Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/07/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The seller, who has several complaints here) submitted as his response a video of the car... that's all the evidence we need because if you review the video you will see at 1 min 7 seconds, when the car pulls away you will see several large puddles of oil under the car... this verifies the various leaks... the transmission leaked 2.5 quarts in less than 10 miles... 2 shops declared this unsafe and In immediate need of repair... it's also illegal to leak oil like that. I have already spent In Excess of $4000 and the car is not yet safe or reliable to operate. This is all In direct conflict of the sellers description that' the car was a"turn key excellent runner driver with no leaks. Seller knows all of this and is obviously attempting to obfuscate the truth and the pertanant issues. I can certainly have ***** make a separate complaint if need be but it still doesnt adress the sellers dishonesty, horrible customer service, and the terrible condition of the car... that remains the issue. And I cannot export this car because of its sub par condition... it wouldnt make it past the Australian inspection process so its an additional loss for me.

      I purchased a 1970 Camaro from Tom K. at Muscle Cars For Sale Inc. It was delivered Monday 07/12/2021. It took 20 mins. to get the car started to remove from the delivery trailer. The delivery guy rolled down the driver's window while backing up so now the window is off track and won't go back up. The transmission will not shift, it takes off in high and stays in high. The wiring is a mess, barley has any brakes, it's missing interior parts, the instruments do not work, inside lights do not work, there are holes in floor boards under carpet, no wipers, no wiper motor, no heater box, leaks oil bad from tranny and motor. We were told this was a rock solid 1970 Camaro that runs and drives great. I paid $24k for a car that is not drivable. It will take another $24k to repair all the covered up, hidden, damaged, missing parts. I've called, emailed, texted, multiple times and no one from Muscle Cars For Sale, Inc./Tom K. will reply. No communication after the sale!
