This company is sending bills to me for services not provided. The bills were sent in previous homeowners name and they havent lived here for 5 years. I called and they supposedly corrected the issue and are now sending the **** with my name. I have never used them and have requested proof of my signature for services rendered. Nothing received as of yet.Business response

When the customer called originally I stated I would check into it and make the changes accordingly, we attempted to collect from the previous owner for services performed however in between that time a statement went out to the new owners. Our system is geared to follow the equipment by the address. This owner sent me an email over the weekend and threatened to go to BBB in which I responded and alerted her that the charges were removed from this account. We consider this matter resolved and closed.Customer response

On Sept 11,2020 I had Aqua systems install a water system that they assured me a few days before when they came out to give me an estimate, would take care of my problem of silverware rusting in the dishwasher. They were the 3rd company I had come out to give me an estimate, and the other 2 companies told me I needed a reverse osmosis system which I would need concrete poured for and it was going to be $6000. When aqua systems came they assured me that I don't need to spend that kind of $ that there system for $2000 would do exactly what we needed so we agreed and I even purchased a water softener from them even though I had one that was less then a year old just so they could service everything. I have talked to the salt guy serveral times about checking the levels when he comes to deliver new salt ( which I was told was done) and then finally after ruining my 3 rd set of new silverware in the dishwasher (rust) I called and made a service call, at this point we had had the system forBusiness response

We were unaware that the customer was unhappy with the product or we would and still will refund her the money and take back the product. I called her and we spoke about what was happening and agreed to replace the equipment with a better system at our cost. She did not want to go with another company so we are going to meet 10/14 and provide her another quote for a whole house RO system at our cost.
