DATE OF TRANSACTION: 10/27/2023 PD. IN FULL( WITH DISCOUNT APPLIED BY *******. ON THAT DAY)- $200.00 *** *******. THAT DAY IN THE OUTPATIENT CLINIC AT LAWNWOOD HOSPITAL LOCATED IN *****************, ** INDICATED" IF YOU PAY IN FULL, i WILL GIVE A $50.00 DISCOUNT". WE RECEIVED A STATEMNT THIS PAST WEEK FROM THE BILLING ***** INDICATING THAT $50.00 IS OWED ( FALSE INFORMATION). WE CONTACTED THE BILLING ***** & SPOKE WITH *****. SHE SAYS THAT IT WAS REVIEWED ( WOULD NOT STATE BY WHOM, NO NAME PROVIDED) . BUT SAYS THAT THERE WERE NO NOTES ON THE A/C. WE REQUESTED THAT *******. THAT CHARGED US $200.00 BE CONTACTED. AT FIRST SHE AGREED; HOWEVER, THEN ******* SAID IT CAN'T BE DONE. IT IS THE HOSPITAL'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, AND UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICE. IT RAISES SUSPICION THAT WHY AFTER OVER A YEAR THE HOSPITAL MAILED AN ACCOUNT STATEMENT. WE HAD REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT( ***** CLAIMED TO HAVE CONTACTED ONE; ONLY TO INFORM US THERE WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE). WE ARE EXPECTING A CALL BACK ( VERY DOUBTFULL THAT WILL HAPPEN). THIS COMPLAINT IS BEING MADE TO PROVE THEY HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE, AND CORRECT THEIR ACCOUNTING LEDGER.PERIOD.Customer response

KINDLY NOTE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS REFLECT THE RECEIPT PD. IN FULL. ALSO, THE REQUESTED CALL TO *****, A HOSPITAL REP AT PHONE #************. ON FEBRUARY 26, 2024 AT 2:13 P.M. TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR, WHOM SHE CLAIM THERE WAS NONE AVAILABLE,: THIS REQUEST WAS MADE WHEN WE HAD INDICATED TO REVIEW THE SURVELDISCOUNT LIANCE TAPE , AND SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO LOCATE THE NAME OF *******. WHO GAVE US THE $50 DISCOUNT IF PMT OF THE $200. IS MADE IN FULL., WHICH WE DID. ***** THEN REDADCTED HER STATEMENT THAT SHE CAN'T LOCATE *******. ON THAT DAY. WE THEN LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE 844 #. TODAY'S DATEIS FEBRUARY 29, 2024 AND NOT ONE SUPERVISOR HAD RETURNED THE CALL. THIS JUSTIFIES THE DISCONCERN THAT LAWNWOOD HOSPITAL HAS TOWARD CUSTOMERS.
AS MENTIONED IN THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT- WHY WOULD WE PROCEED AND PAY ONLY $200.00 . WE HAVE ALWAYS PAID OUR HEALTH OBLIGATIONS WITH OUT ANY ISSUES. IT IS THE NEGLIGENCE OF *******. ON OCT. 27, 2023 THAT DID NOT PUT THE $50 .00 DISCOUNT ON RECORD. UNSCRUPLUOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES. THIS BUSINESS IS ENFORCING A FALSE CLAIM.THAT IS NOT LEGAL.
