On 8/14/23 we signed a contract for full roof replacement. Warranty listed on contract contains 3 year labor warranty on leaks. We've had numerous issues including final inspection initially failing for workmanship issues. Once issues were "remedied" inspection was completed. Job was "finished" and final payment was made on 10/11/23. Since then we have noticed leaks, cracked plywood, and other issues with the quality of work. We did contact the contractor, ***********************, who took 2 weeks to come to the house to address the leaks. At that time, ********** claimed he remedied the situation and on 2/13/24 left stating that leaks were fixed. They are not.Business response

Areas where the owner said leaks were occurring were addressed, and damaged plywood was also replaced. Owner stated the the goose neck flashing was smeared so we then cleaned that as well.Customer response

At this time, we have been told the leak was repaired. We need to wait until we have rain again to verify that. *********, the ****** from the original install, returned to our home and stated he will come back at an undisclosed later date to replace broken plywood and attempt to make repaired areas less noticeable. While we very much appreciate the effort, it is hard to say that we are 100 % satisfied. We feel that given the money & time spent on this project, workmanship issues shouldnt have occurred. We will notify company again if there are any future leaks or issuesInitial Complaint

My husband and I had a metal roof applied in October 2021. We have a contract stating supplies are included in the pricing. We paid the company in 3 installments. We received a letter in February from the metal company they hadnt been paid. A lien was filed with the county against our property. We now have to either pay a lawyer a large ant of money to fix this or go to small claims court. This is very time consuming and stressful! Beware of this company! If you can help in any way please contact me.
