      ******** made me appointment for 2:30 do come purchase a truck listed on their website and called me at 11:30 to verify Appointment which I did because I live 2.5 hrs away I arrived 1 hr early ask for salesman named ***** ,Entered from service **** ask for *****. *** sitting in corner at desk said he would take me to him and then started asking me questions like what am I trading in I said I wasn't trading anything.and then ask how am I paying for it and I told him cash or cashier's ,check whichever he preferred he never did take me to *********** to do the deal he just said truck sold 2 hrs ago this was at 1:30 one hr before apt at 2:30 but he said he would sell me something else ,Bait and switch scam .Very dishonest dealership I then called *********** ***** while I was still in the parking lot and he basically said sorry about your luck and 5 hrs drive wasted.I then looked on yelp and seen they had hundreds of similar scams .Beware !!!! of this Dealership??

      Vehicle purchased at arrigo was never detailed and or clean. False promises by Manager ****** did not honor full detail cleaning.

      I bought a used vehicle in July, it had low miles and I'm okay with the vehicle itself. the finance guy wanted to sell me a "service agreement" that I feel the scope of and cost of were not adequately explained, it's basically to high of cost and user unfriendly. this raised the cost of the payments a significant amount and I've found that I can't actually afford the payments now. the dealership will never see my business again.

      This dealership has turned very shady, I've purchased vehicles in the past and recently went to purchase another and was treated extremely poorly, they tried to trick me to agreeing to terms that were not discussed, spent three days there, was made to look like a fool in front of other employees and customers when I questioned them and then they decided to not sell me a car, there's a ton of other dealerships within a couple miles of this place, do yourself a favor and explore other options.

      *** worst experience I bought many cars and I had never had a bad experience I take my car to the service after a week without a car they have no answer for me. ***y offer me to change the car for a 2021 with 27 thousand miles and that car had more problems than a 90's car Has problems driving the car leaves an impossible place to drive more than 50 miles *** rear tires 50% used I had no fluid in the front even the brake fluid the tank was empty And the car seemed clean at night when he received it and the next day the car was in terrible condition, even full of cockroaches I've been trying to solve it for 4 days and I get hit by people here and there I am trying a solution and this seems impossible I will tell you what happens in the future if I can solve it without taking legal action.La Peor experiencia e comprado muchos carros y nunca haba tenido mala expeririencia llevo mi carro al servicio despus de una semana sin carro no tienen respuesta para mi.me ofrecen cambiar el carro por uno del 2021 con 27 mil millas y ese ******************* ms ********* que un carro del 90 Tiene ********* al manejar el carro se va ******** imposible manejar a ms de 50 millas Las gomas de atrs usadas al 50 %No **** lquidos en la parte delantera incluso el lquido ******** el tanque estaba vaco Y el carro pareca limpio de noche cuando lo recib y al otro da el carro estaba en psimas condiciones incluso lleno de cucarachas Llevo 4 das tratando de resolver y me pelotean de personas para aqu y para all Estoy tratando una solucin y esto parece imposible les contar que pasa en el futuro si puedo resolver sin ***** accin legal.

      On 7/22/22, I purchased a new/used 2022 Dodge Challenger R/T from Arrigo Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, ********** in Ft. Pierce, *******. The vehicle had 194 miles on it and was sold as certified preowned. I was told that a woman came in to buy a Jeep and when they didnt have one that she wanted they talked her into buying this Challenger. According to the Carfax report she registered it on 6/16/22. But on 6/23/22 the vehicle was returned to Arrigos inventory.I had the car for 18 days and drove it short trips. I noticed that the engine had a miss at idle and while driving in traffic, 35 -45 mph it felt like it was sputtering or loading up with fuel. On 8/9/22, I brought the car in to the service department. Three different mechanics test drove it and all agreed there was an engine problem. On 8/23/22, I went to the dealership and still there was no answer as to the cause. They say they have done everything possible to locate the problem but are unable to. I was told that the on-board computer is not picking up the error codes. I was told that if they have to put a new motor in the car there is a back order on them and I was looking at another month. I went in the showroom and found my salesman. I told him what was going on and that I would like them to buy the car back. I suspect that is what the original purchaser did. He said we could work something out. I explained that I saw on their web site a Charger R/T that was listed as $41k cash, the same asking price as my vehicle. He then spoke with his manager and I was told that they would take a trade in on my car for $35K, a loss to me of $8K, and that I would have to pay an additional $11K for this other vehicle. I told him that was insane. His manager came to speak with me. He repeated the same offer. I told him it was unacceptable as the car was in my driveway less then it has now been in their shop and will continue to be. He then came down on the price to $8K. I paid $43K for my car this should be an even swap.

      Arrigo had my 2018 Durango there for 24 days for a rough idle in park. I received a notification yesterday that my vehicle was ready for pick up. It's no different; probably a little worse. I was told by the associate that I would have to contact Chrysler to get further help on the matter! Are you kidding me? I also have the extended warranty which I was told was cancelled, even though I produced the documents to the associate. I have been an Arrigo customer for 10 years and have never received this type of unacceptable service. Quite frankly I felt like I was swept under the rug. I will be contacting everyone I can with Chrysler, Mopar, Dodge, etc. about this unfortunate situation in hopes of getting this resolved as soon as possible.       The worse experience I've ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. Unethical, bad business, very shady. If I could leave 0 stars that's exactly what they would get. I spoke to the internet manager on Friday and made an appointment to look at a vehicle on Saturday at 6pm. I was contacted by **** Saturday morning and he informed me he would be my sales guy to speak with when I come in. I decided to come in earlier around 2pm and informed **** I was coming. He texted me as I was pulling into the dealer and told me he was going to put gas in the truck for the test drive. I waited, he showed up, test drove the truck, and then went in to talk numbers and get a deal done. Meanwhile someone else came into the dealer after I was already in the process of getting the car and another sales guy dealing with the new inquiry made the new people turn in a buyers order before mine just to steal the deal from me and the sales person (****)that I was dealing with. They then went and test drove the vehicle after me and because this shady way of doing business of turning in a buyers order before me when I had no idea what was going on I ended up loosing this truck that I was ready to purchase. Used car manager came to me and tried to apologize but ultimately did nothing to rectify the situation that I was there first trying to make a deal on the vehicle and left it at that. I would stay clear of this dealer as it left me mad screaming at them on how bad this whole thing was and to really put that kind of pressure, anger, disappointment into a customer was absolutely ridiculous. By far the worse experience in trying to purchase a vehicle and it's not my first time and now the 14th vehicle in my life. I can't believe they were ok to let something like this happen and not just to me, but to let a sales person completely screw over another sales guy in the same building is crazy, I fell bad for **** as he was great, end of the day they probably split the commission but obviously no one there has any regards to good customer experience and service, they are only after your money and could care less about anything else.
