A relative had a baby and I wanted to send flowers to the hospital. I used ****** to search for florists listed near the ********** hospital in Tarzana **********. On the evening of November 16 I placed an order online from Veros Flowers and Blooms to be delivered the next day. I thought it was strange that I didnt receive an email confirmation so I tried calling the number on the website and left a voicemail message. The next day I received a phone call from someone who said they worked at Veros flowers and blooms stating that their website was having issues and that I needed to place my order again via the link she would send me. I told her the charge was pending on my bank account so I needed her to cancel that before I placed the order again through the new site. I tried the link and when I tried to use the phone number on the website to call in an order and get the original order removed the number did not work. The charge of $63.07 has now gone through my bank. (The flowers were never delivered so I ordered from another company that did deliver as expected.) when I try to contact this company they dont respond to the voicemails I leave and there is no other way to contact them. I have to wait thirty days before my bank will dispute the charge.
