I bought the system on 09/01/2017, for $8076.00 ( which I still owe $1700.) they gave me a ten year warranty ( which is clearly marked on the contract). My daughter noticed on April 15th that it was leaking. I called that same day (Sunday) and left a voicemail. Then called again the next day. They sent a tech out on Tuesday to fix it and I was told it was it was completely shot an was not covered by the warranty. That a new pump would cost me $600.00 and a new tank would cost me *******. I told him, I am still paying for this system and still owe $1700.. so I called the company and told them what it said and also that my paper work said I was under warranty. They told me, they would look into it. I gave them a week before calling them back. I told them again I am still waiting for them to fix it and I have a warranty. Nothing happened. I gave them a few days and called them again. I talked to ***** and she said please send a picture of the order, so I did. I waited a week and heard nothing. I called again and was told that they were trying to contact ***** to see if they would cover it. I then called them after a week to see where we are on this and was told they would expedite it. I just called today and talked to **** and he said he could not tell me anything that he would be in touch. **** became somewhat rude when I tried getting more info on what was going on. All he kept saying was is there anything else I cant help you with. I told him I have been without hot water for three weeks now and I am disabled and have small children here. He again said , is there anything else I can help you with . I threaten to take him to court, again he said ,(is there anything else I can help you with. I told him yes, directions to the court house. Still nothing.
