I purchased a mini ****** from BamBam automotive of *****************. They stated that there was no accidents had me sign and as is warranty but when my mechanic checked it out, he noticed there was two accidents. The airbag does not work at all. The turbo engine is about to blow up, the spark plugs were wet and only two valves were working on the car, which is a four valve car. I called up to speak to the owner and was told by the sales people hes not in. I asked for the car that I traded in and the lying sales person a woman Stated the car went to auction and was sold at $500. I returned to the car dealership to find out if I can get my old car back which I traded in that the sales person said was sold at the auction for $500. I was told that cannot be done. I believe theyre taking advantage of me because Im a senior Im 64 years old, and I have a slight speech impediment, so the turbo engine for one is not working. The airbags in the driver seat is not working and the owner will not return my call. What kind of business is this where they can sell a used car to senior citizen with a speech impediment, and have no recourse .

*****, I am sorry to hear that you are having mechanical issues with your vehicle. We are open to having our 3rd party mechanics look over the vehicle for you to see if they can help cut down some costs on repairs. As you know we sell all of our cars AS IS based on the paperwork you mentioned you signed. We have every customer sign those documents and we sell every car to every customer AS IS no matter their age or any other fact or opinion about them. We do not discriminate or judge anyone. We are simply here to buy and sell cars to feed our families. We are a 100% transparent dealership and thats why we provide any and all information we have about our vehicles such as posting the carfax link online with every vehicle and providing it to the customer on paper at the time of the sale. We sell our vehicles As Is like most dealers because they are USED vehicles that have been driven by multiple people and anything can happen at any time. We allow every customer to test drive them and/or have them inspected by a mechanic of their choice. We offer extended warranty at the time of purchase as a way to protect your newly purchased asset the same way you ported it with insurance. The difference between insurance and warranty is that warranty can simply be declined by the customer Insurance is mandatory by most states. We try to do our best selling good cars at low prices since new car prices are insanely high but risks do come along with those low prices. Again we are willing to help cut down on some of the repair costs by having it looked over by our 3rd party mechanics. They will be able to provide you with our wholesale cost on parts and labor.  As far as the owner being out of town, his mother recently had a major operation that requires 2-3 months of recovery and he is out of state handling that. You can deal directly with the manager on duty if you do not want to deal with your previous sales person.
