My wife wanted to surprise me by getting my truck detailed. She has used this company before.. she dropped the truck off and we had dinner for almost 2 hours with friends, they were also getting their vehicle detailed. Once we noticed the vehicles were finally done, my wife and her best friend went to pick up them up. We noticed right away that their wheels were not done, and that the back of their car had not been touched with a vacuum. We got into our truck and started to head down the road, I started noticing there were multiple nicks in my window tint on the drivers side. I noticed there were other nicks in my back windows where nobody ever rides. I also noticed that I had multiple chips in my brand new windshield I just had replaced. I called the car wash and they said here's the owners number, Mr ******, you can see what he says. So I called him and explained what had happened. There was no I'm sorry that happened, bring it by, nothing a business owner should do for customer service. He said nope didn't happen At my car wash, I said yes sir it did. I told him I didn't have those marks before we had taken it there, and I said sir we just left there. He said I don't care where you just left, he said again didn't happen at my car wash and proceeded to laugh at me. He then told me it had to be a crank call because they deal with 100's of cars and people praise him for the work done. I also told him the truck wasn't fully cleaned. I told him shame on you as a business owner for treating a customer that way. He then laughed at me some more and then wanted to make to a remark about "you ******* ********** and I just hung up on him. You don't discriminate against your customer's, and I have a real problem with someone making a remark about someone's sexual orientation. So I told him I would make sure to let everyone know what kind of business owner he is.
