      I purchased a valve body (part for my transmission) from Suncoast Converters on 8/26/2022 in the amount of $1526.66. I never received a confirmation or any communication from them at all to date! I have sent messages with no response, I called the company @ 850-864-2361 and was told that they do not have any orders for me. I have proof of payment to them and can provide a copy. At this point I just want my money back and I will purchase from another REPUTABLE company! since I have no communication and they do not have an order for me I can only assume that this is a scam company that took my money.. Thank you for any and all help in this matter. Harry

      Hello, my name is ****, and I work for SunCoast Converters. I manage our company's internet orders. On August 25, 2022, at 8:42 am, Mr. **** placed an online order for one of our 10R80 valve-bodies, a pre-order item, for his F150 pickup.

      On August 25, 2022, at 10:56 am, I sent Mr. **** an email with an update, letting him know that his online order was being completed and was waiting to be built.



      This particular product that Mr. **** ordered from our company is a pre-order item. Pre-orders are welcome; however, due to supply chain constraints and anticipated product demand, pre-orders will ship at the earliest in 21 days. On our product page for this item, this information is written in bold red writing.

      All of our phone calls are monitored, recorded, date- and time-stamped. Our records do not reflect any attempts to get in touch with us based on the phone number he supplied when placing his order with us.

      It appears that Mr **** and this company have been down this road before! I will be attaching copies of the email that was sent to them (even though he says that I didnt) also he knows that I cannot prove my call to them but he can and I am sure will not! Also he says that he sent me messages then please provide it on here so that we can see it. And also IF I was receving ANY kind of communication from this company then WHY would I waste my time and why would we be here now? Its not hard.

      We don't want any of our customers to be upset or angry with our business. We make an effort to provide the finest customer service we can. We wouldn't still be in business after 32 years if we were attempting to deceive or scam our customers.

      As I mentioned in my prior email, there is no evidence of a contact attempt in our database based on the phone number and email you supplied when placing your order. I've attached some files showing this.

      Was there a chance you had used a different email address or phone number while attempting to reach our facility? Do you have any recollection of the person you spoke with or the day you called?

      We're always more than happy to assist our customers if they need to cancel their order or wish issuing a refund. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

      I am not sure what you are putting up here to show that I did not contact you. I have already attached an email that is DATE AND TIME stamped along with the message body. At this point I feel that this is going no where! I do not want anything to do with your business at this point because you are STILL trying to say that you contacted me (IN WHICH you STILL have not provided that) like I provided proof of my contacting you AFTER not receiving ANYTHING from your company. Like I said before we would not be here if I did. The best resolution to this for both parties involved if you refund and we part ways. EVEN IF I was to get the product from you at this point I would feel like someone at a restaurant complaining about getting the wrong thing and then someone spitting in there food.. I would not know what I was getting would be good or tampered with. So the best outcome is like I said before to refund and part ways. lesson learned.
