  Dropped off 4 flight suits to have new rank replaced on shoulders. Woman receipt to my wife was a hand written note Thad said “4 flight suit rank Weds 25 Jan” and took her phone number. When my wife went to pick up the flight suits 2 of them had the rank sewn on incorrectly. My wife brought this to her attention and she said, “Well you should have told us! We don’t do military stuff!” At no point prior did they tell us. Also, we live in a military town. We assumed with no questions they were good. Plus, they had our phone number if there was confusion. Finally, 2 of them were done correctly. She then proceeded to charge us $67 to sew on 4 small ranks. She refused to compromise in any way nor was she going to return any of the flight suits until my wife paid in full. Pretty sure you can’t forcibly take military uniforms. They technically belong to the US Govt. They are issued. My wife reluctantly paid in order to deal with the matter when she had more time. The following day my wife returned and again calmly asked to have the issue resolved and asked why the price was so high. Again, there was no quote. The same lady said it was because they had to remove the old rank. That takes 5 min maybe with a seam ripper. She then offered to refund $10. When my wife countered to pay half, for the correctly done flight suits, she then said there was nothing she could do and motioned for her to leave.

  Walton Cleaners 4421 Commons Dr E, Ste b2, Destin, FL 32541 Took a shirt and pants to be hemmed. When I went to pick them up my brand new $100 jeans were dirty at the hem and had large white spot on the legs. She assured me it was hemming chalk. I have returned home from vacation washed the rust color jeans and stain is still there. It is not a stain it's bleached. I called and called finally she answered. She acted like she forgot who I was. Finally agreed to refund $18 in hemming fees took my cc and after saying she didn't know how to do refunds hang up on me. I called back numerous times and she divest answer. I'm requesting $18.33 in alternation fees and $100 for jeans. I will then promptly mail her them. This is unacceptable. She was dishonest and should make restitution.
