The delivery of the Northwest Florida News became so poor that I cancelled the paper in November. I was told I would get refund for the balance in 7 to 10 days. I did not. I called again and was told that the claim was not processed but I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days. I have now done this four times and am always told the same thing, including a call today. I am not sure they will ever refund the money. Beware when cancelling. You may never get what they owe you

My family has been a customer of the Daily News at the current address for literally over 50 years. In the past 6 weeks we have had our paper not delivered a half dozen times, including today. Two Sundays ago, we received the advertising inserts, but no regular paper. Today I tried to go to the main office on Eglin Pkwy. I was greeted outside by the building owner. There were no employees of the paper inside of the building and forwarding address; the building was locked and empty. I am not able to complain to anyone in person. I am not able to cancel my subscription in person. I am not able to demand a refund to the remaining balance of my subscription in person. I am at a loss of what else I can do.

I have been a subscriber to the Daily News since moving here in 1963. In the past 2-3 years, this paper has really gone downhill. I cannot even get somebody to answer the phone to complain when my newspaper does not get delivered. I am cancelling my subscription.

As a snowbird, I signed up for delivery of the newspaper from January 3, 2022 thru March 15, 2022 for a total prepaid amount of $69.55. The paper is trying to charge me for unnecessary paper billing, $3 per billing, and for further amounts for an extended subscription. I sent an email on 2/22/22 to stop my subscription and they keep calling (harassment). Signing up as a snowbird means your subscription is for a defined time period and no subscription is needed after the end date. Extremely poor customer service and record keeping! I was required to provide a star rating for this business, so I had to click on one star - they should have no stars.

Stupid that the Northwest Florida Daily Newspaper is not printed locally. Within the last ten days we've not had a paper delivered 3 days. No paper delivered the next day per their call center options. We feel like we should cancel it and get news elsewhere. Hah, part of the USA Today network. Guess they don't care about their readership!

Happy to take my money but only deliver paper occasionally. Cannot talk to a human when calling them. Just recording that is worthless.

Hi Terry, we are sorry this has been your experience. The automated services are built to report missed deliveries without speaking to someone directly. We have escalated your account to your carrier's manager and request an immediate resolution to your concerns.
