We were dining on Mother's Day 5/8/22 & were seated at a table on the upper deck with my husband, son (19), daughter (11), father-in-law & his friend. We saw a woman run out to the dock from inside the restaurant clearly over served, her husband & son who looked to be 7 followed behind her. She was stumbling & fell into the water by the rocks/pilings her husband attempted to get her out of the water but appeared intoxicated as well, after about 5 min another patron on the dock helped her out of the water. The server was bringing our food & I told her forget our food someone needs to call 911 this lady fell in & had scrapes all over her. Nobody attended to the woman, who than attempted to walk back on the dock so my husband said to the man walking up the dock- hey don't let her keep going she's going to fall back in! So they stopped her & she walked back into the restaurant. A few minutes later the husband of the woman came to our table asking who said something (I thought he was coming to apologize or say thank you) we knew quickly he was not and go in my husbands face asking why he said something. He had get next to my daughter to get to my husband sitting in the middle. My son came around the table to get in between them & tell the guy to back off, the man kept yelling at us and it took several people to hold him back from us. Concerned the guy was still there my husband went to find the mgr who still had not called the police & my husband was concerned for our safety. A few minutes later we were approached by a guy and told we needed to leave which obviously made us upset. We ended up leaving & I tipped the waitress feeling bad & assuming we didn't have to pay for a meal we didn't eat. We were later contacted by a police officer stating we fled from paying, which we never fled & actually hung around to take pour daughter to the restroom & tip waitress. Our day was ruined by this horrible treatment after being being threatened by an over served customer.
