I think JT solutions need to follow up on requests customers ask about! They haven’t finish either of our vacation requests!! They make you wait Several days before you were active as a customer, this is so they can take your money and run!!! No deserve a no star rating!!Review from Jim F

This company is a scam, been waiting over a month to get pricing on two different vacations!! Denise from the welcome team who I have asked numerous times to have someone in charge contact me! Of course no one has!! I am seeking a refund, IS there anyone else who would like to joy me!! This company needs to be held accountable with ripping people OFF!!!! I only left on star because I had too they, don’t deserve any star’s!!

We have tried to reach you multiple times. I’m having trouble reading your complaint here due to all the typos. But we are no where near a scam, and you have spoke to several agents! The only thing you have not received pricing on is a cruise that we cannot get you pricing on because you made the reservation 6 months before being a member with our company! I personally have even reached out to you and left a voicemail. The only time there was a delay in responses was when the flood affected our ability to be at the office. Denise is in our welcome center. She handles clients for the first 5-7 days. You’ve been a member for 45 days. There is clearly a misunderstanding. Please return our phone calls, instead of taking your time to try to sabotage our company. We service over 20,000 very happy members, with a very great program and reputation. We look forward to providing the information where we have absolutely been in contact and spoke to you several times, and where we also have tried to reach you with no luck.Review from RobST

This has been addressed. Recap: -Robert is a non member, but had some questions for Jon. - Jon was on vacation last week, and we’ve been closed since Friday for Memorial weekend.. - Our office was never contacted, only Jon’s personal number. - Jon spoke to Robert this morning. - the $202 was not paid to our company, it was paid to the third party company for taxes and fees for the cruise we issued.Review from Greg B

We attended a presentation in Mechanicsburg PA. We met with David and Mike and John was our Rep. The experience was informative and fun. The presenter was funny and knowledgeable. We decided not to join today not because this was not a great opportunity to save on our future vacations it was timing. We will absolutely look to do this in the future. I visited J&T solutions in May. I never really thought about being apart of there travel services, just went for free cruise. The presentation was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and very informative. I could tell the Presenter enjoyed his job and spending time with people. I’m very excited to be a member, and very seldom does the actual manager give you his personal number, which I have already called and talked to mister Breese. Absolutely amazing. Having been to several “Time Share” sales presentations, for the free gifts, especially in Atlantic City, to say I way skeptical would be the understatement of the century. Well, Mike & the team at the Wyndham Lancaster in Pennsylvania sure delivered what they sold to me! Timing IS everything and I needed 2 rooms near the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal for one night for a trip Memorial Day week. The fact that the savings for those 2 rooms was over $400 for ONE night stay blew me away! Timeshares have proven to be a major scam. Terrible! Customer service terrible! Not doing anything they promised at the presentation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Literally NO savings on anything I have asked about, that is when I even get an answer.Review from Mike P

When I asked what guarantee we had that the company would still be around for years to use their services, rep said this is no guarantee "like Apple, Sams or Costco"...true, but those companies don't require you to pay for everything up front, then they asked if we wanted to give them a check today. Who uses checks anymore, why not a credit card transaction that can be disputed if necessary? Red flags! Presenter also berated another guest for answering a text, told him to leave. Extremely unprofessional all around.
