Bluestar Glass Co LLC was recommended by a glass company in town to replace an impact window pane that fogged up because they didn’t have time to do it. This started in November 2022 and just got done 2weeks ago. After awhile he didn’t respond to me about when he would replace the window. Finally happened but after he was through my son came by and said the window was not impact and that’s what I paid $900.00 for including labor. I went to the company that recommended Bluestar and Clint came to the house and said it is not impact and was shocked he charged me that much. I requested a receipt showing it was an impact window and never responded. I want a refund from Bluestar for the amount of the plain window versus impact window. This guy is fraudulent for sure. ***** ** **** ***** is going to replace window for me at no charge. I did know Bluestar guys name but forgot it as we only texted back and forth. Thought I would get an invoice when he was done but didn’t get one. He definitely took advantage of me. If you need his name I can find out. Thank you
