Today's experience was Neglectful.... We have been going here for two year's so this experience was unexpected. Freeport pet clinic refused to allow us to go to the back with our dog's Per usual The dog's where screaming the entire time ( unlike them) and all they where supposed to be getting is last 2 shots. Turns out Jerry stated they gave a third shot earlier than they where supost to. He also stated it took 3 techs to hold ONE 13 week old puppy down. When they ( the dogs) came out and we calmed them down the vet had done extra thing's not necessary and not consented to like Fecal exams and god knows what else the way they where crying.. They put our dog's on monthly medication for all that already and the last 2 tests where negative so this was just an extra charge not consented to( also negative btw). One of them had an ear infection which they didn't even notice during the exam I had to question why her ear looked and smelled bad. Then they refused to give me my dog's ear infection medicine after saying she had an ear infection even though I was willing to pay for the medication because I refused to pay for things done that I didn't consent to. They also tried to charge me $200 more than I was told over the phone for the exact same things I asked for over the phone because they did more than consented to Jerry who I found out today is who runs that place also stated to get my dogs out of the way they vaccinated them with the rabies and another shot earlier than where supost to but didn't ask me first if I was ok with it they just did it then told me and charged me for it. We have now paid another vet $136 to see the puppy with the ear infection and get her proper medication.
