      Speedy has been slow about servicing us and owning up to their repair that didnt work. Management should review their office staff to see how their customers are treated and check in on their response times. Weve dealt with having issues with our fridge since the first of June and now they want to put us off another 11 days and thats after we had to call to report to our warranty service they havent contacted us to setup repair. Poor service.

      I can see why this isn't even a BBB accredited company as their employees are liars and rude. I had a guy come yesterday and I told him specifically that the fan on our AC doesn't kick back in sometimes and runs all day. He was here 15mins or under and is on VIDEO as I have 15 total cameras, stating it had a few issues and works to let it run. By 9pm at night once again it shut off again no parts were replaced and same issue all he did was get it to kick in again which it eventually does by shutting they system off inside for an hour or so and turning it back on. He then reported smoke and supposedly a video I'll be requesting as I took my own time stamp video yesterday with no smoke showing that the system was smoking and was not from normal wear which I'd LOVE to see how he came to that conclusion while on camera within 8mins apart of me not being outside as I was working in my office. Why on earth would a man say it had a few issues but is running now jus let it run then say some other BS and the lady that answered the phone yesterday was beyond rude. HIGHLY suggest making sure your employees look for cameras before lying as I will be contacting an attorney if I receive any charges from this company. There are mastiffs and a 3yr old child in this home at the time of service WHY on earth would anyone leave a system running that's having said smoke come out with people in the home ?????? HORRIBLE BUSINESS highly recommend using someone else! Jus look at the company response alone ???????

      They were sent by American Home Shield to fix my washer. A guy came and ordered parts. It took a month for the parts to come in and another two weeks for them to show up again.He did put in a new motor and handle and said he put in a new solenoid valve. The guy was in a hurry and needless to say it still would not complete a cycle. I called and they said if would be March 12th before they could even come back.(This had been going on since January 8th). I called Speedy and the lady was rude and said they couldnt around the see if it worked. I requested a different company and the guy came out and said I needed a solenoid valve replacement. It appears Speedy never put one in yo begin with. So after 3 months another company fixed it within a week. DONT use SPEEDY. They will hold you up for months.

      These people are terrible rude unprofessional and incompetent. Do not use them. Came out 3 times and washer still broken called them and said they can come look at it 2nd week in Dec. Its been 3 months now.

      Your machine has had 2 different issues each time. First time was a drain pump not working.. so we have to get authorization from your warranty company and then order parts. With warranty and parts ordered it takes about 10-15 business days (which means no weekends or holidays) for parts to arrive. We called when parts arrived and completed that repair. Almost a MONTH later you call again with the machine leaking from the front, which was the door boot , so again we have to go through the same process. We came out diagnose and ordered parts. Again 10-15 business days for parts after authorization from your warranty company. You called back within the next day or two said it’s leaking again, at this time it’s around the thanksgiving holiday and we had a short work week so unfortunately couldn’t come out immediately. We offered for the end of November which was 11/29, not in December. Our apologies we couldn’t get out that fast enough for you, but we were never rude, and I believe we never actually spoke with you, only your wife. And with the time frame, we originally went to your home on 9/18, we returned with the pump on 9/26. The call back about the door boot leaking was on 10/25, and we returned on 11/13 to install the part. So while the machine wasn’t down the entire time.. it still wasn’t 3 months. However, we hope you get your issue resolved. Thank you

      For one when you fixed it the first it leaked because of the tech never did before. And I called and called no answer left multiple message never got a call back does not take 2wks for parts that's a bs answer amazing the company they sent out to fix your mistakes ordered it and is coming back with in a week. Also I did not wait a month to call about the water all over the floor after uyour tech was here it took you a month to respond after the warranty company hounded you and I called multiple times. And the last lady I spoke to was rude and unprofessional will never do business with your company or recommend you to anyone.

      Worst company ever the customer service associate told me to go fuck my self and also was told to get off my ass and buy a new one and they hope my washer never works again and they will never help me again

      Let’s tell the whole story please.. you had an issue with your washer, we replaced a part it worked fine. We went out a few weeks later cause you stated you had a problem, we found no issues. Took a video of the machine working and sent it to your warranty company. You called our office again a few weeks later, we set an appointment to come check it, however you called us back and stated that your parents are getting a new machine from the warranty company and you wanted us to just send to the warranty company it needed to be replaced also since your parents is being replaced also. When we told you we cannot do that because the last time out we found no issue and would have to asses the machine, that’s when you stated that we should be waiting on a lawsuit from you, and when we told you we cannot commit insurance fraud and say you need a new machine when we cannot verify that, that’s when you got nasty threatening to sue us because of this and started to swear at the rep. I cannot confirm what was exactly said on each end as the conversation happened so fast, but either way it was negative by both parties. While the situation could’ve been handled better I’m sure In both cases, we handled the way the rep acted on the phone immediately. But once you want us to commit an insurance fraud and threaten to sue us over something tht doesn’t go your way, yes, at that time we recommend you back to your warranty company.       unresponsive came out on first call diagnosed the problem cost me a copay and they have never came back or called back. I am calling my home warranty company and I want a different repair company. it shouldnt take a month to get a part for a fairly new dishwasher and it shouldnt take weeks to return a call. Very bad service

      We went to your home on 8/22 found your machine needed a pump. We sent for autho to your warranty company for approval, we received autho on 8/25 @330 pm ( our office closes at 1 on fridays), so your part was ordered on 8/28 with an eta of 10-15 business days (which means no weekends or holidays) we called you on 8/28 to advise you part status. Monday 9/4 was a holiday, so no shipping that day. We spoke to you on 9/6 to advise that the part should be in around 9/19-9/20 ish. We called and set an appointment with you on 9/21 (so before this review was even written) and set the appointment for 10/4, it states in the records we offered sooner appointments however you weren’t available for them. We went out on 10/4 and installed the part and that fixed the machine and was the end of the call. So to state we never called is definitely not true. The amount of time it takes to get parts and autho is out of our control. As well as the manufacturing of the machine, we can’t help you have a newer machine and it broke, sounds like a manufacturing issue. We did have communication with you throughout the entire process. It may. Or have been a fast enough process for you, but unfortunately sometimes life doesn’t go as we would likes enjoy your day.

      What? No zero star reviews?
      We got this company through our home warranty company. After what I would consider a long wait for a service person to come look at it he was in our home for two minutes. It was long enough to open the refrigerator door and explain to him that all of our food was freezing. He never bothered to look at the refrigerator and simply told us it needed a specific part. After a very lengthy wait he returned and installed the part. Then closed our case with the warranty company. We had to call the home warranty company and let them know that our refrigerator was still not functioning properly and was continuing to freeze our food and milk. Stuff at the bottom of the fridge was going bad. Fresh veggies frozen and ruined. Milk frozen solid. The home warranty company tried calling them while I was on the phone and they did not answer. As a matter of fact I have had to call the home warranty company twice more and was told that they were not answering the phone for them either. I keep being told that they will have a contractor come out from speedy air and follow up and once got a text from Speedy Air saying they received are request and will be setting up an appointment and that never happened. This all started in April 2022. It is now August. We have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food and our family of seven does not need another freezer, we just want a working refrigerator.
      I have seen this companies response to other customers where they call their customers liars. Yet, I have also seen this companies ****** reviews and **** reviews and see a consistent pattern of behavior with this company as the reviews all sound the same. Most has been through Home Warranty companies trusting this company to be ethical and do their job and stand behind their service. Frankly I'm a consumer whose fed up with paying for professional services and being ripped off.

      We've not heard from you since the tech was out to the home on 6/1, nor has your warranty company called or placed a work order stating you are having an issue (if this is the customer we pulled up in our database on Bankhead) and yes, the case gets closed after the parts that we were authorized to replace were installed. Thats how it works. We've not received any calls or messages from you. And we do not send out texts saying we will set the appointment. We get a work order then we call, if no answer we leave a message. We find it HIGHLY unlikely that if you or the warranty company would call and leave a message that neither of you would EVER get a call back over at least 2 months? Normally if the warranty company cannot get ahold of us, they will send an email, so again, nothing from them. Sorry you're still having an issue, but you need to call your warranty company and get them to place a work order, we are not able to go to the home without an open ticket. And frankly, we've not ripped you off by any means, you've not paid us a dollar for any work we've done at your home. Enjoy your day

      Speedy Air was sent out by my home warranty company to repair my refrigerator. They told the company that they completed the job and never did. They don't return calls and I can't even find a license for them on sunbiz. This is the absolute worst "company" ever.

We submitted the report, your warranty company was to order the part, they dropped the ball and didn't order it until just 3 days ago. We've never received any calls from you, only the warranty company and we've spoken to them each time they've called. And as far as finding a license for us, your search must not have been just as accurate as this post. Have a great day, scheduling will be in touch once the part arrives.
