      Voluntary gave back a shed and carport to RTO, national, ******** *****, Inc. came out to my property to retrieve both items mentioned above upon retrieving the items the employees took it upon themselves to hat rack cut my trees and destroyed my side fence, I asked them to stay to make a police report The driver was completely rude and outrageously disrespectful to the max I don’t know if he has any educational level training or proper conduct training for customer service by the way he acted at my property its as if he has none and these are the people working for this company. Upon them leaving my property, my back tree now is in need of proper trimming due to them cutting limbs off and setting tree off balance and that they were not giving permission to do so and my left side gate destroyed, entire side fence needs replaced due to the low competence of the driver in the photo can see the tire marks leading straight to the fence were they ran the gate over gate is being fixed as of this morning from another hired person tree trimming bill and fence bill I expect the company to reimburse me for due to their employees negligence

      While this is a very unfortunate case, ******** ***** has nothing to do with this. This was not our crew or even a shed manufactured by us. The shed was manufactured by ********* and was purchased from their dealer Sheds N More. Please file your complaint under the company that was responsible for this not ******** *****.

      Please see attachment for complete response I purchased a shed from Shed's 'N More in Fruitland Park, Fl in 2020 . It was delivered in the 3rd quarter of that year. I was told no land prep was necessary. I ordered it with the door latch on the right but it was constructed on the left. At delivery the installation was set 18" off my instruction and blocked my satellite dish. I objected but the installer said " it will be alright" and he walked away. The shed sets on blocks supplied by Sheds 'N More. By 2022 the door will not close into the frame. It is extremely difficult to open. Complaints to Shed 'N More have been ignored. Neither will send a representative to assess the problem and a possible solution. Access to the shed is frustrating and difficult every time I use it. I am tired of being dismissed because i am old

In this particular case, the shed was purchased from one of our independent distributors, Sheds n More, which is a separate independently owned entity. Unfortunately, Superior Sheds does not have access to information of customers who purchased their shed directly from one of our distributors.
