The man absolutely took stoled $2400 from me and my father ************ my father's money who 100 percent disabled Vietnam veteran and I'm 100 percent disabled and I live with him as his caregiver ..when I say he stold $2400 dollars it's no joke it's the gods honest truth ..So what happen..Well me and my father needed another vehicle quickly to help get around ..I was looking for something inexpensive for us .I Had to go out and shop for it with my dad's money as he can't get out very well at all..he is wheelchair Bound .So I see this car in market place a 2010 **** fushion .I had $2400 cash so I call this **** and he meets me at Carlot.The car definitely did not look as good as the Pic.So I look at car I test drive it ..**** says the car want be ready until next week .Now this was on a Thursday June 26th 2024. He said he is replacing a door , and putting new air compressor for the ac in it because it wasn't working .So I said ok well he seemed nice enough and I said next week will be OK. SO he says y0u want to go ahead and pay for the car now or put deposit..Well all together it was going to come to just over $2700 .I only had $2400 so he said just give me 2400 now and when car is ready pay the remainder . So I did ..I signed nothing. All I got was a receipt starting I paid 2400 toward the car ...I left That evening now it was exactly 3 weeks and one day later before the vehicle was ready .So for three weeks we still didn't have the car ..The day he called and said it was ready it's now the middle of July and we live on disabilities so in middle of month we didn't have the extra 350 to 400 to finish off the deal and sign papers ..So I went up there day it was ready and talked to him and said the 31st of July I'll have the rest that is when I get my disability check ..He said ok no problem but your not taking the car I said ok it's been 3 weeks whats another 2 weeks ..

The worst dealership. I just purchased a vehicle with a guy named **** the owner. I test-drove the vehicle and it was misfiring. He immediately said he would take care of replacing the coils, he would also be doing a full complete tune-up to the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle on Saturday. He said to give them till Monday to get the parts and do the repairs before I got the car. Monday came he said to give him till Tuesday because he had to wait for a coil to arrive. Tuesday came and I had to get a ride to the dealership. He had text me the car would be ready to come at about 5 pm.I get there the car is behind the gate and no one was there. I called him he did not pick up. I then tried again and he said that the car was not ready yet. I was furious because we literally drove 40 min to get there. he never let me know the car would not be ready. He said Wednesday would be ready about 11 am. Waited the next day. Then he text about 430 the car is ready. Picked it up drove it. then the check engine light came on when I got in to use it to go to the store. I called him no answer. I had a mechanic take a look at the car and they never changed anything from it. Now my car is not running it has a misfire and keeps cutting off. I texted him and told him what was going on nothing has been replied to me and now it is Friday. Something needs to be done with this dealership they should not be in business. We are all out here trying to maintain and get transportation for our families and it's a shame to have people like this dealership take advantage of us.

311 Auto Mall intentionally rigs cars up to run just long enough to make a sale. No one answers phones or makes themselves available after the sale. No one makes an effort to respond or resolve issues once theyve taken the money. They should not be in business. They misinform customers regarding automobiles they list for sale.

Scam artist , refused to answer any questions until I got there in person wasted 3 hours driving and the car was not as advertised . Had 70k more miles, the belts were squealing like crazy . Sunroof damaged , interior pieces falling , STEER CLEAR

My friend got a car from there when she pulled out of the car lot it ran hot. She had to take it back in so many times what is wrong with this picture they didnt put any new parts on like they said things were hanging loose, not even bolted down, it still runs hot. He ran a hose from the radiator , so the water would run out when it got hot running on the top of the motor, which wasnt good and he yelled at her and made her get off the premises she shouldve looked at the rating before she even walked in the place theyre not even in with the Better Business Bureau they wont take them that tells you something right there she has nothing for her money Except a piece of junk that she cant even drive shes a single mom on disability. She is in super bad pain all the time and then to take a single mom money and leave her just with a bad vehicle, I think they need to be closed down , I think channel 8 should go out there and check them out. If the owner reads this review YOU SHOULD CLOSE YOUR DOORS ps you dont even deserve the one star

Worst mistake I've made. The car I bought from this guy he said had 140,000 miles on it also said it had all kinds of new parts and that everything worked great. Was rushed through paperwork and even said multiple times I wasn't going to do it but after being pushed I to doing that day I got in the car to drive away I immediately got out and went back in and the guy that sold me the car had conveniently left the guy I did the paperwork with said oh no the carcass 224,000 miles but we pit in a new engine and transmission I asked for the paperwork and I can't get it still. The window doesn't roll down the trunk you have to touch two wires together to get it to open the a/c doesn't work. There's nothing about this car that was trying at all. When I asked for the money back immediately I was told nope sorry you signed all the papers. They just added whatever fees on top of the price like predelivery fee of $200.00 I ended up paying close to $500.00 over the price that we agreed on. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! They lie about the work done on them and they will over charge you a lot! Oh and I still can't drive it without febreeze on hand because it stinks so so bad.
