I am filing a complaint against the *************** ***** location. This is by far the worst dental experience of my lifetime. I had to get a tooth extracted after getting a dental cleaning done at this practice , I went there in december and told them I wanted a removable partial denture for my missing tooth, they said "that is not something they would do for 1 molar" and I needed a implant or bridge. I told them I did not want a implant and they said that was my best bet. So I trusted them to get a implant and its only been in for 3 weeks and the healing cap has came out at least 20 times, this is NOT normal was so ever. I then ended up swallowing this sharp object and now feel sick to my stomach. The implant was NOT placed in my jaw bone properly either as I feel it clicking around, making banging and clicking noises against my jaw bone . I have requested 3 times to see the dentist ****** taylor that put the implant in and I even had an appointment with him for tommorow and now they say he will not be there. Interesting after i have my implant placed the Dr that put it in NEVER avaible to see me. So then they had me see *********** to s**** it back in and when she used the torque to s**** it back in VERY tight it has now caused more issues, now I have a horrible smell coming from the implant site, bleeding every day, sever shooting pain to my ear. The implant is not fused to my jaw bone , it is loose and faulty . I have a VERY small mouth, my mouth is the size of a child, it is abnormally small and now I have lost IMPORTANT bone from this implant that was placed that is clearly not working out. This will cuase my bite and jaw bone to get even smaller from bone loss that I could NOT afford to loose! They need to assign me to a oral surgeon who is better equipped to find out what is going on wiith my case. NONE of this is normal what so ever.. I need to speak to a head manager at Aspen.
