Client called the agency for health care coverage on 4/3/2023 and her and the agent went over all the options, which include access to all major medical plans, that were available for her with her health concerns and the budgetary confinements that she had, she then answered the health care questions and was place on a policy, then within 24 hours she had not even received cards yet. This client initiated a chargeback with her financial institution and this account was placed on hold and she was promptly given a refund on this account. This client never called back in with any follow-up questions or concerns that one of the senior agents would have addressed with her, and we were unaware until we reached out to the carrier that this chargeback had even happened on this account because of no contact from this client at all. We would have gladly spoken to her about her concerns and even changed the plan for her if she had contacted us for assistance.

Be aware my partner lost there job so we went for cobra insurance this company will tell you they are cobra insurance but I quickly found out they are not I ended up getting sovereign nations insurance in mail thinking it was cobra after them telling me what they covered and that they also covered sergery that was also a lie. I have a few medical issues and needed to go to the dr the dr looked at me and ask me what insurance is this and put it n the computer and it does not cover anything they claimed I been trying to call them and they dont call you back the sovereign nation card looks scam now I have no insurance and the took 500 something in *******************

 We were sorry to hear that you are not happy but on 12/22/2022 when this account was created the client and spouse (partner) had not had any coverage of benefits for 10 months (from the information that was given to the agent ) which means that this client no longer had a direct COBRA option. At the time that the account was created the client also stated that everyone was very healthy with no procedures (CT, MRI, and outstanding testing ), no surgeries were either upcoming or pending for this account and they were on no medications either. So for the budget and the benefits that this client stated that they and the partner were looking for they were given the best options and this client is still current and active with the coverage that they have placed this complaint against as of this note. No notes in the carrier back office that this client has ever called to express wishing to talk about other options and has not called back to the customer service department with the agency either to talk to the agent regarding this unhappiness with coverage. We would always accept that call and make sure that our clients have the best coverage for their needs
