My neighbor had this company cut trees on his property , one of which was on the property line.I approached the owner of the company on site about cooperating and he told me to Get lost.As an Attorney, I was astounded by the arrogance, rudeness and plain Poor business practices.That company broke my fence and refuses to repair it.Initial Complaint

*********************** and ******************* (owners) and one of their wives/girlfriends came to my home and took photos of our yard and made recommendations on what plants to purchase. I hired their company Cutting2Grow to do landscaping work (plants/grass/mulch) I paid them upfront to purchase supplies and services. They delivered the plants/mulch and started the work. Dug up holes in our yard and then never finished. Our yard was a mess and I had to hire another company to come in and finish their work. I begged them repeatedly to come finish the work and when we realized they were never going to return we had to hire someone else to help ** finish. They owe me $4500 for work not completed.I have been communicating with them via email and Instagram. They continue to say they are going to send the refund and never do. This has been going on since August 2022 and I have no other way to ask for help than report them to BBB. It's unfair they have failed to return our money as we were left to just "forget" about it.
