I'll start with the positive. The work looks fantastic. But after 5 months, of dealing with them and 52 days of it being in their possession, it should. My daughter was rear-ended on Sept 19, 23. I reached out to University Collision and we took the car to them in October the estimated time frame is a 15-day repair. 13 days go by they call and day say all the parts we have are for front-end damage, and asked me to reach out to the insurance. A few more days go by, we go pick up the car because it is drivable, and they tell us it will be a few weeks before they get the new parts. All of November goes by, I call and check in multiple time, there is some reason why they don't have parts. The week of Christmas, I spoke to them, and they told me the insurance check and parts will be on Jan 1st. Once they arrive, they will call to schedule. Jan 5th, I call them. The lady who answers the phone tells me they have no record of my daughter's car what so ever. I tell her I want the owner or manager on the phone right now, he tells me their servers were wiped on their computers and I need to send the documents over again.I emailed the documents to both ***************************. A woman calls a few hours later and says, "Drop the car off Jan 26th." 15 days came and went and there's more damage so we have to extend it, again, and again. March 1st, it's ready. A woman calls and says she can not release it to us unless we have a check from the insurance.My daughter gets there. ******* laughs in her face and lets her know she isn't getting her car. Then tells her he is going to call her Daddy. He walks out leaving her in the office after telling her the cops were on the way to forcefully remove her. My daughter is 20 years old, she owns the car, and it is in HER name. Her Dad gets on the phone, and ******* comes out and apologizes for being unprofessional and says he will get it handled. They finally released it to her a few hours later.
