      We bought the on 6/9/24 give the $1000. We owe them $500 which we paid on 7/3/24. Then the car was shut off. of no turning the gap which they didn't tell us. So we pay the 500. Made our 1st payment of the 12 of July plus the gap. Now the car is off Agin.

      I purchased a car from IndiCar credit On April 2, 2024. I was informed that I was supposed to pay my first payment on 4/12/2024. I went to pay my payment online, but unfortunately, I was unable to login, I called the business the following morning on the 13th to make the first payment. That afternoon around 6 PM I was leaving work and when I proceeded to start the car, it would not turn on. I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes then it finally started, on Monday April 15, 2024 I was stranded for 12 hours because the same thing happened to me again. I was unable to start the car for 12 hours. I called the very next day on the 16th to get some information on why the car would not start. I was informed that there is a pastime GPS on the vehicle, which I was not informed when I first signed the contract. When I purchased the car they did not inform me that I would be going through this so they explained to me that if you miss a payment the car would not start. Even though I made my first payment on the 13th.

      I bought a car from INDI car credit almost a year ago, a week after I got the car I had issues with the oil leaking into the radiator. I have taken the car back several times they have claimed to fix the problem but the car continues having the same issue I had it worked on by another reputable mechanic he advised me to take the car to the dealership the car was manufactured with so I did and they told me the engine needed replaced. I have since took the car back to INDI and they have my car told me they were going to figure it out. I have not heard from them. I went there to get things I needed out of the car in which they refuse to allow me to get my stuff. The car is not under repossession and I have been making all my payments on time.

      This business should not be in business, I don't know where to begin to be honest. I don't file complaints lightly or without good cause. They lie, threaten, make up fees as they go without any remorse for their actions. First let me say I am current on my payments never being more than a few days late. I unfortunately have done business with then for over 5 years and currently on my third vehicle. Prior two were paid off. I should have known better than to get another vehicle from them but like I Saud they lie. I am paying 2 different fees now that were not in the contract. 1 fee because all of the sudden after several years paying via debit card now there's a fee all of the sudden if not paying in cash. Then they start an online portal to pay your bill but yet again after several months without any additional cost they start charging a second fee for using the portal W/O notice. So now I'm paying an additional $10 a week in fees that were not part of our original contract. Who pays cash to a car lot anymore? Especially when the car lot is in another town? So it leaves no choice but for the customers to pay this now added charge. They curse at you, tell you what insurance providers you can use. Repo your vehicle even if its fully covered and payments are up to date charged hundreds of dollars to get my car back after they lie get me to drive to their lot then refuse to let me get my vehicle for several days. Even after speaking the insurance company letting them know the car was insured with both drivers but it just takes time to send the paperwork over. Even the insurance company was in shock at their unprofessional manner and disregard for their customers. This place shouldn't be allowed to get away with what they do. I just hope someone is able to do something about it. These are just a few of my issues with this business. Honestly way to much to type.

      On October 14,2023 I purchased a red ***** * from Indi Car Credit. I put $1000 down on the car. The address is **** * **** ** *********** ** *****. Phone **************. 2 days later,the transmission started messing up. I called and spoke with my salesman,Gene. I went back and forth all week going to 2 auto parts stores and a store that they deal with. I finally took the car back to them. ******another salesman told me to bring the car back Saturday October 21,2023 at 9:00 a.m. I asked him if he was sure that they are going to fix the car. He said yes. I bought the car back that Saturday. Now they said they are going to put me another car. They showed me 2 cars. We test drove 1. I liked it and told him I wanted that car. After getting back to the lot,they then said that the wasn’t ready to be sold. A few minutes later he said that they won’t put me in that car because it’s to expensive. So I wanted my money back and they told me it would take 72 hours to come back to my card. I called a week later and was told the same thing…it’s gonna take 72 hours. It should be in your account shortly. I tried to go through my bank and tried to dispute it but they denied it because I didn’t have documentation saying that they would refund me. And they said they don’t write letters saying I returned the car. I need that to get my refund on the insurance also. I paid $499 as a down payment for the insurance

      I came to look at a car and of course purchase a car through Indi car and credit . The men got over on me and accepted my 2,000 that’s was given to me by a family member. When I got there the next day to put insurance on the car *** * ***** *** **** wanted me to pay 800 for a Altima 2017 that’s was slipping and *** refused to give me my money back after I never accepted the car neither did I drive the car off the lot .

      The first day I got car I was not told about seat belt chime. The seat belts don not work the airbag lights been i since I brought vehicle, went in the next day told they would fix and in 6 months I can trade car. Now being told I don’t have a warranty the car is as is and I belong they are selling lemons.

      I went to Indi car credit to buy a car, after 6 hours of BS, $1500 down they push a 2006 Honda Accord on me. As I was going home the motor started to smoke very bad in the cab, I stopped to see what was going on and the motor was blowing oil out of it very bad, I returning to the car lot the next day to see if they would make it right and they said no that was my problem and I was S--T out of luck, they need to close this place down, for lieing and taking a people's money. They changed the paper work after driving it. They took $2,316.22 money from me and say that I owe them$22,000 more. All I want is to get my money back so I can go to another place and get me a car that is useable. Anyone else in the looking for a car, do not go to them and look at all the other people who have been used by this place !!!!! .

      I purchased a car from INDY CAR CREDIT on Feb 25th. On February 28th I noticed my car acting as if it didn't want to go in gear. I called and spoke with the salesperson who sold me the car and asked if I could bring the car in for them to look at it cause I had only had the car a little over 48hrs. Then the car completely wouldn't go in gear at all because the gear shift cable broke and had to be replaced. So I did that my payment was due 3/11/2022. I called days ahead to get a bit of an extension due to having to pay for that. They asked for me to mail in receipts and things just for an extension. Now my car has been shut off. I have to work. There customer service is trash. No one picks up the phone.
