Good afternoon, I am reaching out to formally complain about The Starbucks on ****** Road. I have frequented this location for a couple of years & the incident which occurred on yesterday was the straw that has broken the Camels back. There have been a few instances when I have had this same type of issue with this location, just not to this magnitude. On Sunday March 20th I arrived at Starbucks around 8:30 pm and there was a sign on the door they were closed due to a Staffing shortage. So, the next morning (March 21, 2022 approximately 6:20-6:30a.m. I arrived back to this location to retrieve the items I went the night before to purchase, but couldn't because they were closed. I entered & told the Cashier my order which was a Venti Black & Whit Mocha, extra hot, with Chocolate drizzle on the whipped cream & double capped. The cashier wasn't familiar with the drink, so "****" one of the Barista's rolled his neck as if he was annoyed then hesitantly stepped over to assist. While "****" was ringing up the drink I noticed the screen said the incorrect price. I brought this to "****'s" attention and he snapped at me that the price had gone up. I assured him that was not the case & that there is a certain way this drink is to be rang up. He waved his hand at me as if to shoo off what I was stating and proceeded to ring my drink up for the incorrect price. Being I was on my way to work I went ahead and paid the incorrect price & informed "****" I would be talking with Management about his behavior with me while I was trying to place my drink order. He rolled his eyes and walked over to make my drink and I watched him the whole time to ensure there was no funny business. Later that day after I got off of work I went back tp Starbucks to get the remaining 4 drinks that I usually would & to inform the Manager of what had transpired earlier that morning & the Manager apologized for "****'s Behavior and didn't charge me for my 4th drink.
