On 10/31/2022 I tried to renew a prescription from this pharmacy for two compounds for my dog, ********. I have renewed these prescriptions since July 2021 under the care of *** **** ******** ***. The prescriptions are ****** *** *******) and ************** *******). WEstlab told me that I could go to Virginia, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey or West Virginia to get the prescriptions but they did not know that I should not be getting prescriptions for my dog. I want the pharmacy to stop advertising to Maryland and place this information on their website so that people attending to their sick and dying pets can know who to attend order from in a timely manner. As of now, I am about to run out of the medication and I do not know where to go. You should not go to a pharmacy that cannot help you and they should tell you up front on their webpage - *****************************************. Westlab Pharmacy is presently not registered as a *** ******** ******** ******** in the State of Maryland. Our mail division has sent the medications for ********* ***** to Maryland previously. Upon realizing our oversight, Westlab Pharmacy informed Mr. ***** of the states in which Westlab Pharmacy has a ************ *******. At this time Westlab Pharmacy is attempting to discuss the issue with *** ******* and find a process to continue therapy for ******** *****. Westlab Pharmacy will contact our website manager regarding the issue presented by Mr. ***** and edit the site to prevent the issue from arising again.
