Two young men came in asking to see our company's ComEd bill to make sure we weren't reverted back to "default charges" as other businesses in our area have been. When told we didn't have a bill on hand they told us to go online to get it. They claimed we weren't responding to notices in our ComEd bills and that they handle billing for ComEd and other electric companies. I replied that they then should have access to the requested information then if that's true and they did not like that response. When asked for their business cards they said the did not have business cards (just IDs) and they did not even have a company email, just some generic email account.Reading other reviews here confirms our suspicion that they were trying to switch our supplier without us knowing.

This company is by far and away the most professional and well equipped energy broker to work on any of your energy accounts. Any of the bad reviews here are people that likely dont understand the intricacies of the energy industry. United Energy does. 10/10 recommend UES for your business or home.

I had 2 reps come in to my business asking to see the electric bill. I was locked into a lower rate than they offered and said it would protect me from further price surges. I was confused as they said they work with me through Constellation Energy. I felt rushed and should have not signed anything. Now I am very concerned with this whole deal. I will contact UES and hopefully resolve this.

Our office reached out to ****************** to advise him the contract he completed was rejected by Constellation due to an incorrect start date.

We have reached out to this customer who claimed that one of our reps came out to his facility and gained his account information without his knowledge. The customer requested his information be deleted and he would not like to be in association with UES. I have informed the reps ****** of this complaint and advised him to not process anything regarding this customer as they would like to stay with ComEd.

Due to research for this BBB complaint, connects ** to a contract for ***** dynasty ***** EID *****. This contract was signed 9/14/2023 the same day the complaint was submitted. Due to the information provided on the complaint and our system this was the only contract submitted from ********* code. This customer did contact me requesting cancellation the same day as they signed up. Due to this customer being in their rescission period their contract was cancelled without penalty and added to the correspondence records.

This place is terrible. They came in and told me how they were going to lower my bill. After getting my first bill, my bill doubled because theyre charging me a lower rate but on demand so not actually for what are use theyre just charging me for much more than I use and my bill has doubled. You have to leave a message you cant get in touch with them. They dont call you back and youre stuck in a contract. Run as far as you can as fast as you can or you will pay twice as much. This is criminal.

I will explain in the simplest of terms. United Energy Services purpose is to help businesses obtain the best qualified rate for their electric and gas. That rate varies upon usage & how long the business has been running. When you start a business, the regional energy company puts you on a market variable rate which means it will go up & down. (You won't know how much you pay till you get the bill) or smaller towns will put you on their aggregate rate which is not always the best option.(UES can confirm that or not). What UES does is compare rates for all energy suppliers that handle your businesses usage than sign you up for the cheapest one & lock you in for 24 months then renew your account later on. The benefit of this is: 1. You get the best rate possible that remains consistent all contract long. 2. Protects your business from spikes in rates (gas and electric) and finally;3. Having UES broker your electric & gas rates gives you savings through the year that translates to reinvestment and growth into the business. Businesses don't even know they're paying more than they should. AND the number one reason people may not be open to this is because energy suppliers will send their OWN reps in to lock you into cheap promotional rates than 6 months later shoot up the rate to double what it was before. UES GUARANTEES the rate they tell you for 24 months then renew you once the date comes near for it. Simple. Allow energy companies to make your unpredictable rates? Or Allow UES to set you up the way you're supposed to be. (The point of deregulation). This concept is hard for people to understand sometimes. Deregulation of energy opens up all kinds of possibilities & the hardest part is explaining this in the simplest way. Which is why when you see a UES rep come in, ask for their badge and ask them questions. Also, I don't work for them, I'm just tired of these energy companies preying on the middle class.

Guys my instincts are correct. I just started working for one of their divisions and although I do not think they are scamming people, they are tricking people into switching services which is pretty unethical. The only reason why I am confused is cause there are people/businesses that actually want to switch their supplier. Why not just push through the many nos with integrity and focus on the people who actually want to switch for whatever reason? I would be more comfortable working for them if their process was to flat out tell the customers that our suppliers rates can be better than what youre currently using than we are sent from your utility company to check your bill. I am not an expert on the energy industry but I definitely know saying that we are sent from the utility is a straight lie cause we are in fact not.

************ that uses new employees to make some sales then hold their checks for weeks until they quit. Taught employees slimy techniques to sell to small businesses.
