      Made my purchase of a grey scrub top and grey pant, teal scrub top and teal pant on 1/25/24. Original tracking stated it was supposed to be deliver by 1/30/24 but never arrived. Then on 2/1/24 tracking says order has been delivered and in the mail box. Nothing was received. I have checked with neighbors and they have not received anything. I reach out to Pledge 5 on 2/2/24 and was advised check with my mailbox and with neighbors which I have already done so. I was then ask to confirm if my address was correct which it was. I was told by Pledge to submit a claim with UPS and I did. However, I got a message saying "unfortunately, this package type is not eligible for claim submission." I reached out to Pledge asking what I should do next since I cannot submit claim with UPS. I messaged 3 times in the last few days and still no response back.

      I bought the scrubs on 1/3/24. I paid $104.96 for it. It was shipped by UPS. I checked the tracking number. The tracking I found was. 01/08/2024 12:28 P.M. Departure Scan: Enroute to USPS Brooklyn Park, MN, United States 01/08/2024 10:59 A.M. Arrived at UPS Facility Brooklyn Park, MN, United States 01/05/2024 4:35 A.M. Departed UPS Facility Smyrna, TN, United States 01/05/2024 4:17 A.M. Shipment tendered to UPS Mail Innovations Memphis, TN, United States 01/05/2024 3:19 A.M. Package processed Smyrna, TN, United States 01/04/2024 1:58 P.M. Order information received United States The package never left Brooklyn Park, MN since 1/8/24 and when I check the tracking, the estimated delivery date keep postponing every day. I called UPS without any additional info because the computer system said exactly the same as tracking said. I emailed Pledge 5 but they never responded. I even went to their Facebook page and left a comment but they never responded to my question. I want my money back.

      On 3/10/23 ordered only one scrub top 2x V neck try fit perfectly THEN ,On 10/9/23 made a purchase of 3 scrub tops ALL 2x V neck style. One blue and two black, then received the tops Only the Navy blue fit the two black I could not even pull down way to small. So I contacted the company to exchange them they then sent me another black 2 x V and they suggested I try a C neck 3x well I received those and the black V 2x neck fit perfectly but the C neck was way two big. Reached out and sent it back to exchange once again. Well I received another black 2x v neck and it’s way too small. I am so confused why it’s so small. Tried to reach out multiple times and No reply. Then finally got a reply that said sorry we can’t return it it was returned twice already! I sent another email to explain once again either to get an exchange or my money back for the top I can wear. And No one will get back to me. So now I am not sure what to do dispute the charge with my back? Or eat the cost? I work hard for what I get and this honestly has been a big headache now. I even left them a great review.

      I ordered scrubs that were delivered to the wrong address. Pledge 5 said that I had to place a complaint with FedEx and then accused of lying about this to get money back. I even sent them proof that it was sent to the wrong address.I contacted FedEx and due to the certain type of package it was, the company had to file a claim. I have tried to contact Pledge 5 to file a claim but they are not responding

      I order scrubs in January I emailed the company multiple times asking where my order was with no response finally I filed a dispute charge on my credit card within a week I received info my scrubs were shipped..shocking they can respond to a credit card but not their costumer finally get the scrubs they are the wrong color and dont fit! and now they again will not respond to my emails so I can return them

      I ordered scrubs online from this company. They never sent them, but took payment. I cannot get them to respond to emails and cannot find a phone number for them online. I would like a refund.

      I ordered scrubs from pledge 5 and never received them. I contacted them multiple times about my missing orders with no response. The order was originally put in on black Friday and we’re now in February. I’ve contacted the company by email over 10 times with no response. I asked for a refund with no response I informed them I’d be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also left multiple comments on their social media pages and they blocked me. All I want is my money back

      I made an order to Pledge 5 for a set of scrubs. The order was placed 12/31/22. I got an email from them saying that the scrubs were late to be supplied, offered a refund or that I could wait. I didnt mind waiting, so I did that. I asked what day I should have the scrubs and was informed it would be 1/25/23 at the very latest. That day rolls around, no scrubs. A few days later I emailed them, no response. I have since emailed numerous times with no reply for order updates or a refund. I then took my concerns to social media and have had 6 other people say they have had the same issue with no scrubs in hand. Shut these lying people down so they are not scamming anyone else.

      Purchased scrubs on January 4th, 2023 order #***** About a week later I contacted them, Jan 10, and received an email back stating the warehouse had COVID and that they would have the scrubs no later than Jan 18 and I would have in hand no later than Jan 25. I also asked for a refund but no answer and no scrubs. This is still an outstanding transaction where they took my money but no product or refund.
