I purchased around $340.00 worth of merchandise. A Sure fire weapons mounted flashlight and tape switch in November of 2023. I had not received the items by march and called to check on the order progress. I was told the warehouse was behind but it was still processing. Now I cant get any response and it seems their website is no longer active. I had previously ordered an item in 2023 and due to the long wait time I cancelled the order but never received a refund. However they are still charging me my monthly membership of $9.99 until I changed my card in March of this year.Initial Complaint

I ordered a green dot for my hand gun 2cyrs ago in July. I can not find my email where I have not received my green dot. It wasn't till a yr later I received an email. around about a year ago I made an order for a handgun I cant remember the price of the gun but the order number was #*********. I have purchased ammo from them in the past which I received but there are still two outstanding items that I have paid for but never received. One is an AR-15 tool from 8/11/2023 for $79.94 and the other is a M&P Sheild Plus 9mm handgun from 12/13/203 for $531.99. That is a total of $611.93. I have sent several emails (attached the ones I could find) and called several more times but nobody would ever answer. I had no idea there were so BBB complaints against them until I begun this process, if I did I would never have given them my business. Also, I paid for an annual membership to the site. I placed an order on October 20th of 2022 and am still waiting to hear about it. I have called MANY times and when I could get a hold of someone they told me that there were issues with the processing in the warehouse and earlier last year then I was told that my order got kicked out of the queue because of system issues, and that at the time my order would be fulfilled in February of 2023. I have now been trying to call and reach someone for over a year and every time I have reached a voicemail that told me to leave a message and they would get back to me, I left messages and have not gotten a return call, I sent an email and have not gotten a response. I have been unable to reach anyone in the company for a very long time now. The items I am making the complaint about are the Rise Armament RA-140 Super Sporting AR-Platform Single-Stage Flat 3.5 lbs (SS), and Daniel Defense ************ Collapsible Buttstock Ar-15 Glass Reinforced Polymer Black (SS) which included a fore grip and rear grip (totalling $231.13 before taxes and shipping costs).Initial Complaint

Still haven’t received purchase I was charged for. Cannot reach business telephonically or through email as suggested when attempting to contact the business. Business response on 30 March 2023 below Good Afternoon *****, Thank you for reaching out to us! I apologize for the delayed response, as we have been experiencing an extremely high email volume. It does look like your order is currently being processed by one of our third-party distributor warehouses. We do always try to fully ship orders within 5-7 business days of being placed. However, we have been experiencing some processing delays with this particular warehouse and I do not have an exact ETA on when your order will ship. I can monitor your order and let you know if I receive any updates before you do, but you will receive a tracking notification via email when your order begins shipment to you, as your items are allocated to you and will ship out when they reach your order in the shipping queue. They are thankfully making solid progress toward being caught up! I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this delay has caused. Date of Purachase: 7/15/23 Amount Spent on Company Purchase: $271.86 Company Commited to deliver products for the exchange of Currency. Extremely Late Processing after one product (tourniquet priced at $43.99) was shipped out of 9. No contact from Business after Multiple Emails, There is no Employee Manning Cell phone support (Redirects to support email, which does not respond back). Order # *********
