Run as fast as you can from this builder. They LIE. They do not follow through. They grossly under estimate. They do C*** work. The people they have building must be people who owe them favors. Our home was filthy and unfinished upon move in. I have moved into rental homes that looked more brand new & cleaner than this custom home build. Trim filthy and unfinished. Unpainted. Nails showing. Doors broken and not closing right. Put flooring down over trash and piles of debri. Had to be redone twice and still not right. 14 mos after move in and they still are blowing smoke up our a** about doors that should be fixed/replaced & still lying to us.. They called and told us the doors were in and a week later we follow up and they still lie saying oh theyre not in the vendor blablabla. Bull!! I had to spend the first 3 mos of my brand new home cleaning and scrubbing & painting the trim myself. They paid a property tax to the county that should have been free and then turned around and billed us for it siting overages in the build. They lie lie lie!!!! This was to be our dream home and they made the entire process miserable from start to finish to a year after. Run from this company. We wouldnt recommend them to build a dog house. I wish I could post pictures. . There are so many.
