Have had problems resetting my password for accoun* ******* Have tried 10 to 15 times and I'm informed a code to reset it will be email to me. I never get that code, contacted the IT Dept. and got a response from a Halee Winder directing me to site to reset code. The local Macclenny office directs me to the IT department and I'm a endless Do Not Loop.Initial Complaint

I was in an automobile accident in March 2022. At the direction of Florida Farm Bureau my vehicle was taken to Jacksonville Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Jacksonville, Fl. I was then provided a rental vehicle from Enterprise Rental on 07/11/2022 when the repairs were started. The vehicle was promised to be completed by the dealership within 3 weeks. After 3.5 weeks and my vehicle still not being ready, I began reaching out to Florida Farm Bureau to see what needed to take place to extend my rental. I spoke with a very ignorant and disrespectful adjuster who advised that it was my problem and I needed to figure it out. After several additional calls to Florida Farm Bureau and not getting anywhere, I reached out to my agent directly. I called Ms. ******* ****** and provided her the Florida statue that states that the rental can be extended for up to an additional 60 days at the discretion of the insurance company. I provided her the exact statue on 08/15/2022. I also explained what took place with the adjuster and his completely disrespectful service during previous phone calls. She advised that she was going to get with the adjuster and she would get back with me later that day. I explained that the rental was scheduled to be returned the next day so it was VERY important that I hear back from here so I would know what I needed to do on my end. I called again on 08/16/2022 and left a message for Ms. ****** requesting a call back. I called again on 08/17/2022 explaining I had to pay out of pocket to renew my rental and asking what the next steps should be. Here were are 4 months later and I still not only do not have my vehicle back but I have not yet received a return call from Ms. ******.
