Since November 2021 my mother and i have been homeless. May 2022, my mother ( whom is elderly, disabled, medically needed and limited to yet hardly able to walk at all sometimes. As we entered room ***, there was no mini refridge ,no microwave, no towels or rags and two sheets on the bed (instead of a fitted sheet and a sheet)The motel has not one ADA compliance rooms or tried to make any accommodation for my mothers needs, (like none compliance bathrooms, not being able to shower, unsafe room conditions, toilets to low, no railing for fall risk people. and the black mold tats through out these rooms. The motel is full of illegal drug activity from the office to the back of the motel, random, non guest are at the motel daily and night to day. August 1st, 2022 my mother was at our room in which **** came constantly to our room harrasing my mother about room fee, when the day before my uncle paid 90.00 which was the $70+20 i owed the next day had to pay $168 or we had to leave, i then asked *** the owner how my room was that far pass when i'm never, not even a day behind on room fee. he didn't answer! instead, he ranted on and on how when people don't pay on time... blah blah (i didn't hear the ending of his (***) rant as he was entering he office). August 1, i payed $168 , August 2, 2022 Scottish Inn kicked us out saying my mom can't e in the room alone. yet who said that, what doctor confirmed that. I had my recepits from paying, my cash app log in which i would pay half, something or most on my CC and the remaining in cash.
