On reservation ********* dated 10/13/2022, it was reserved through booking site *********. Upon arrival at the hotel I was advised that I needed a credit card in order to complete checkin. I advised that I did not have the physical card which was why I booked through *********. I was advised that I could not stay complete check in without card. I explained that I have no way of providing it. I asked that I be refunded after a heated exchange with clerk. Weeks after I see that I have not received my refund and contacted ********* whom called the hotel on 2 seperate occassions to get this resolved. Management advised ********* that I was a no-show which is completely false. I left Super 8 under the impression that the clerk cancelled reservation as I asked based on no credit card. This is very upsetting because the initial interact was not resolved when I did not complete check in.Business response
