            In May 2024 BBB investigated Molly and Friends Cat Furniture Company business practices. This investigation was prompted by Scam Tracker reports and consumer inquires. 


            Specifically, Consumers have stated that they ordered a cat tree for several hundreds of dollars but never received it. Consumers also claim that they contacted Molly and Friends Cat Furniture Company for a refund or delivery updates, but communication has been halted for months. Consumers have complained that their checks have been cashed, but no merchandise has been delivered, and they have had no correspondence or comments from Molly and Friends Cat Furniture Company.  In May 2024, a consumer reported to the BBB that "I have communicated through email and on the telephone with Molly and Friends Cat Furniture Company who has done nothing but make unkept promises to me about making and sending me this cat perch that I wrote check for $714.00 back in November of 2023, I have tried numerous times to contact him through email and have left unanswered messages on his voicemail" said the consumer. "I would like this product that I ordered and paid for in full".
